Just minutes from 5 world class golf courses, hiking on the Appalachian trail, Mountain Creek Waterpark, mountain biking, zip-lining, horseback riding, restaurants, wineries, breweries, apple orchards and a drive-in movie theater.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen-size bed, TV (Firestick)and2 large closets.

Bedroom 2 is a loft with high ceilings (10 ft+), Queen-size bed, TV (Firestick), dresser, coffee table, and futon(couch/bed)

Living Room area has 20 ft high vaulted ceilings, a Smart TV (Roku), 2 pc couch, , coffee table, and 2 bar stools for kitchen island.

Dining Room area has a table with 4 chairs and sliding doors to the deck with views of the mountains

Kitchen has an open layout with a large island, brand new stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, dish washer), microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer, cookware, utensils, etc.

Bathroom is brand new and very clean The community pool is only currently open to residents since Covid.
