Bonjour, merci pour votre message. Je tenais à apporter quelques précisions, c'est la 1ère année que nous louons notre maison de vacances et nous sommes preneurs de remarques et conseils constructifs. Concernant les odeurs dans la salle de bain, il s'agit d'une fosse septique les produits d'entretien se trouvent dans le placard haut de l'entrée, le store fonctionne avec une barre qui est à disposition dans le logement (vous m'avez envoyé un message à ce sujet et je vous ai indiqué où il se trouvait donc je ne comprends pas votre remarque), le livret d'accueil est certainement à améliorer avec quelques "bonnes adresses à indiquer", quant à la réception de la télévision, il est vrai que par mauvais temps l'image peut "sauter" , nous avons décider d'installer une antenne plus performante pour l'année prochaine afin de remédier à cet inconvénient, en revanche il y a bien une télécommande pour la tv ... je suis désolée que notre location ne vous ait pas satisfaite ce n'est pourtant pas ce que j'avais cru comprendre lors de nos différents échanges ...
