The balcony was awesome. We sat out there most of the afternoon on Friday. Matt was very responsive to any question I had but honestly, I only had one. The property was great. Wonderful house, exactly as advertised for us 4 family members to have a very comfortable stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. In warmer weather would’ve loved to enjoy the porches. This was the cutest rental! Located in the friendliest neighborhood, this rental provided the best stay for my SIL’s bachelorette trip.
