Great location and beautiful area

This was 2nd time staying here and both times rooms, location and area were great. Can walk to several shops, restaurants, attractions, great location.

Outdated

The room is outdated for the price they are charging. The bed is a full not a queen. There is no outlets next to the bed to charge your phone. The air conditioner sounded like a loud broken muffler. Woke up each time it came on. The tub was dirty. There was a dirty bath mat in the restroom.

Holiday at the Pavilion

Room was nice and staff pleasant. Went for a quick stay with 11 year old. Only complaint room balcony is located just above the kiddie pool area that has a running mushroom like fountain that prevent you from hearing the ocean tides. No big deal just needed to walk down to beach. Could not beat the price

In addition to these you check-in at the condo-hotel lobby and avoid having to download your guest unit access codes and obtaining your parking registration over the internet.
Also, housekeeping is provided daily and not just at checkout with the offsite rentals.
The decision is simple. Using the on-site rental program gives you usage of all of the amenities, a hassle-free check-in, on-site office and maintenance for any problems or issues during your stay and daily housekeeping.
