This house has 5 spacious bedrooms, one with a king size double bed, one with a double bed, 3 with 2 single beds, a bathroom with separate toilet on the ground floor, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet upstairs, a large living-dining room of 34 m2, a large entrance and a separate kitchen, a closed garage.
The villa has a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove with oven, a microwave, everything you need to cook for 10 people, a washing machine and drying racks, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, a barbecue and a large plancha on the terrace. The terrace overlooking the garden has 2 large tables for 10 people and also a table under the pine forest.
Please note that cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the price as well as the tourist tax. Car parking is included in the price, possibility to park a car in the garage in the closed basement.
