It's fine. Well located and clean (a dead gecko in the shower). Surprises like the lack of wifi and a broken washer were less nice and communication was "Oh ya, it's busted, don't use it". It also has a ton of stairs, which is fine, but not super obvious from the listing. I would suggest seeking other options, but staying here if it's what's available. The town is lovely.

Nous prenons note de votre retour. Concernant la machine à laver, elle a été retirée des équipements suite à un précédent dégât des eaux causé par un séjour antérieur. Elle est toujours physiquement présente mais n’est plus utilisable et n’est donc plus proposée. Pour le Wi-Fi, il est clairement indiqué dans l’annonce qu’il n’est pas fourni. Nous invitons donc les voyageurs à bien lire la description avant réservation. Concernant les escaliers, ils sont visibles sur les photos de l’annonce et font partie intégrante du logement. Nous restons toutefois attentifs à améliorer la clarté des informations dans l’annonce. Bien à vous Barbara et Jesus

Nous avons passé un très beau sejour dans ce gîte, qui est idéalement situé au coeur du village d'Alquezar. Equipements et propreté très bien avec un bon accueil et disponibilité de notre hôte. Attention la semaine des fiestas d'Alquezar c'est super ambiance mais on ne dort pas beaucoup avec la musique!

CASA BIEN UBICADA

La casa se encuentra muy bien ubicada en el pueblo. Acceso caminando a rutas de senderismo. Panaderías al lado de la casa. La habitación principal es grande y bonita. La habitación doble es más pequeña y no tiene ventana, tiene un tragaluz que da al suelo de la cocina. Esto no les gustó a mis hijos. Las casa tiene varias plantas, la baja tiene la entrada y el baño principal, en la probeta planta se encuentran las dos habitaciones, en la tercera planta el salón comedor y de aquí hay un altillo con unos cinco escalones más que dan a la cocina y a un pequeño aseo con WC. Está última planta da a la Colegiata que da campanadas de reloj durante 24 horas. El resto de las plantas dan a la calle Iglesia. Es una casa peculiar y divertida.

Charmante location

Je recommande cette maison plein de charme au cœur du village d’Alquezar. La maison était propre et accueillante à notre arrivée, bien située au cœur de ce magnifique village, la communication avec les propriétaires à été fluide et chaleureuse.

Maison de ville au cœur d’Alquezar

Belle maison de ville, typique d’Alquezar, avec une situation idéale au cœur du centre ville. A proximité directe : la place des arcades (avec bars tapas), de bonnes boulangeries et surtout le départ du chemin des passerelles avec accès direct au Rio vero. La maison est fraîche l’été avec 2 chambres (4 couchages max), un salon avec salle à manger et une cuisine à part avec vue sur la citadelle. Le propriétaire est sympathique et donne de nombreux conseils (randos, bars, restos, etc)
