Newly renovated 100 sqm Non smoking apartment in the upper borough of Gruenwettersbach.
Living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to the terrace with garden, hallway, bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker.
Incl. Sheets and towels.
Shopping right in town: health food store, bakery, butcher, ice cream, banks. Good restaurant (Gasthof Tannweg) in place.

The city center can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Bus directly to the city about 20 minutes. In a few minutes walk from our apartment a large forest area or country lanes with orchards.

The living quarters are just perfect. Not too big, not too small. Very quiet and very functional. Very nice people that own it live upstairs so if you have a problem, you've got easy access to answers. Well maintained and this is our second time staying there!

Appartement in Grünwettersbach

Das Appartement liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Es hat großzügige Räume und ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Dazu gehört eine wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Terrasse. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar geklappt und die Vermieterin hat uns sogar ihren Garagenstellplatz für das Auto zur Verfügung gestellt, als sie realisierte, daß mein Mann schwerbehindert ist. Tausend Dank!! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Sehr schöne und großzügige Fewo, findet man sehr selten

Wir hatten bislang nur sehr wenige Fewos in KA und Umgebung, die so einen hohen Standart hatten, wie die Wohnung der Familie Meier. Großzügig geschnitten, sehr modern eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht, kein SchnickSchnack, sondern praktisch und von sehr guter Qualität. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und versuchen auch, wiederzukommen.

Die FeWo ist top. Relativ zentrumsnahm, geräumig, Bäcker um die Ecke. Einzig die Parkplatz-Situation könnte besser sein.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser ruhig gelegenen und geräumigen Wohnung. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für ausgiebige Spaziergänge und morgens frische Brötchen vom nahe gelegenen Bäcker.

...um Karlsruhe und Umgebung kennenzulernen. Dabei erinnert in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung im entferntesten etwas an Campinglager: es ist alles da, was man benötigt, in guter Qualität und geschmackvoll. Wir waren gerne da und kommen gerne auch mal wieder vorbei.

Aussergewöhnlich

Die ruhig liegende, gut ausgestatte und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung liegt 300 Meter von der Bushaltestelle, die den Hauptbahnhof Karlsruhe in ungefähr 17 Minuten erreicht. Also auch ohne Auto wäre man hier an diesem Ausgangsort gut mit der Bahn erreichbar. Dies ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Exkursionen. Die Besitzer sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank für diese gute Zeit!
