The apartment:
Very quiet apartment on the 8th floor, bathed in natural light thanks to its 3 big french doors.
A bedroom with a big dressing and a queen size bed.
The bathroom has a small bathtub.
Kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, washing machine....
And two large balconies where you will be able to enjoy the parisian sky.
Beautiful parisian building, secured by two different access codes.
As a lot of old parisian building, there's no elevator.
The neighborhood :
Gambetta: amazing food shops just at the bottom of the building, bars restaurants and a few supermarket under a 5 minutes walk from the house.
A cinema, a few theater...
Like a village less than 20 minutes from the center of Paris, thanks to the line 3.
A few minutes from the trendy neighborhood of Ménilmontant and Belleville.

Wie hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartement. Es ist eine sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung in einem typisch populären Pariser Quartier mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen Läden. Wir genossen die 2 Balkons mit toller Sicht über die Dächer der Stadt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch die restliche Infrastruktur funktionierte einwandfreiDie Kommunikation mit Camille war stets sehr freunlich und zuvorkommend und bei Fragen schnell erreichbar.Wir werden unseren nächsten Paris Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder dort verbringen.Eveline und Urs

Plus que parfait!
Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans l’appartement de Camille! La meilleure location qu’on ait jamais eu! L’appartement est super confortable, l’aménagement très mignon, la vue et les 2 balcons incroyables et en plus de cela une cuisine complètement équipée… un appartement très charmant qui donne envie d’y rester pour y vivre ! On recommande entièrement! L’accès a l’arrivée et le check-out se font très facilement, on accepte rapidement de gravir les 8 étages même si ça reste sportif au quotidien et le quartier est très sympa. Petit plus: le lit était très confortable et les draps très agréables! Merci infiniment :)

Très joli appartement baigné de lumière
Une bonne adresse qui vaut de gravir les 8 étages sans ascenseur. Appartement confortable, décoré avec goût, jolie terrasse permettant de petit déjeuner en extérieur. La rue est calme et proche de toutes les commodités, en face d'un petit Franprix et d'un excellent restaurant Indien. Proche du métro et de nombreux traiteurs. Je reviendrai lors de mes prochains déplacements pro dans le quartier. Merci encore.
ps: un petit sèche-cheveux à prévoir et je m'y sentirai comme chez moi!
