The space
A refundable damage security deposit of 500chfs is required if additional guests will be hosted at the house for an evening. A planned event or gathering must be declared at time of booking.

All cleaning / clear up following an event whereby external guests have attended must be conducted by lead guest. All bottles / recycling, and rubbish must be removed by guest prior to departure.

No smoking is permitted on the premises.

Other things to note
Check in is from 4pm. An earlier check in time may be arranged on request. Please ask if you need help with luggage from the local Ruschlikon or Thalwil train stations. Checkout is at 10am. A later checkout may be possible. Please ask.

If you use chairs under pergola only (not garden use) then they must be stored after use at side of house in the dry. These are not all weather chairs that can be out in the rain. Thank you.
