Gros + - Communication avec le propriétaire, qui est extrêmement disponible, répond avec rapidité et de manière claire et concise . - Liberté pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ - A 50m de la plage difficle de faire plus proche - Restaurant à 500m à droite MIMOSA et 500m à gauche 0'367, Pharmacie à 600m à droite, Magasins avec produits de première nécessité + bouees,tongues,sceau plage etc a droite à 500m idem à gauche + fruits , magasin de paddle à 500m à droite. Petit - (dont le propriétaire n'est pas responsable ) 90% des activités sont sur la rive gauche (10min en voiture, grosses difficultés pour stationner) arènes, fête foraine, jet ski,bouée tractee, autres activités nautiques, phare, parcs, ruelles commercantes etc ...
