Remarques sur l'appartement

Quelques remarques pouvant servir à d'éventuels locataires de vacances. Pour moi, cet appartement ne convient pas pour des personnes âgées comme nous avec des prothèses! La plage et le port ne se trouvent pas à 200m, mais plutôt à 400m du portail, en pente jusqu'à la mer, et 100m de plus jusqu'à la porte de l'appartement, avec un dénivelé important depuis le portail et en plus 25 marches en extérieur. La mezzanine est très basse et un adulte ne peut pas y accéder sans être plié en deux, et pour des jeunes enfants, l'escalier est très dangereux, les marches étant asymétriques et très étroites d'un côté, qui change à chaque marche. Il faut partir avec le bon pied, sinon attention la chute. La clim étant positionnée en dessous de la mezzanine, la chaleur y est insupportable pour les deux lits d'en haut qui n'en profitent pas. La piscine (5m X 10m) est très jolie, mais dangereuse car une personne ne sachant pas nager, comme mon épouse, n'a pied nulle part si elle ne mesure pas plus d'1,80m comme moi. Aucune partie en pente permettant aux enfants et aux personnes ne sachant pas nager de s'y tremper sans danger. Cela devrait-être mentionné dans l'annonce. Sinon, une fois dedans, l'appartement est agréable, clair avec un vue imprenable. Il est bien équipé en petit électroménager. Je pense qu'il convient bien pour deux personnes adultes, sans utiliser la mezzanine.
