Composed of a large entrance, a living room with fireplace, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge), 3 large bedrooms of 30m², a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 toilets.
You will be able to enjoy the large south-facing garden with heated swimming pool, barbecue and garden furniture.
Attached to the house is the barn of 100m ² completely renovated with living room kitchen, 1 bedroom on the mezzanine, shower room with toilet, ideal to accommodate the family, friends. Teenagers love it.
Ideal location to visit - close to Royan/Saintes/Talmond sur Gironde/Plage des Nonnes/Saint-Palais sur mer/Cognac/Jonzac, etc...
