Welcome to sunny Florida! Our gorgeous villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday making you feel right at home. Beautiful executive villa located in the  private Formosa Gardens gated community.  Recently updated and upgraded, it is located just 11 minutes from Disney. 

This villa is ideal for a large family or 2 families looking to share a luxurious and private villa.  This property consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a very private fenced backyard complete with pool, fully furnished deck with outdoor TV, and grill for your enjoyment and relaxation. 2 of the bedrooms are masters complete with ensuites and King size beds, with the larger of the masters having direct access to the pool deck. 2 of the twin bedrooms are character themed for children.  The 3rd bathroom also has direct and convenient access to the pool area.  The kitchen has a number of upgrades including stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and tiled floor. Microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven and all utensils, crockery and cutlery included for all your culinary needs during your stay. There is an open floor plan extending out and opening directly on to the pool deck with a separate formal dining area. The main seating area comfortably seats 8 and includes a Tv with cable connected.  All Tv’s on the property come with cable installed or a roku box attached. High speed wifi internet included free for your use throughout the property. All of the furniture is modern top end quality. The family room has a solid wooden floor. The garage has been converted into a fully equipped games room including pool table and air hockey table.  There is a washer and dryer iron and ironing board available inside the home at no additional cost.  Property is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in most rooms to aid in peaceful and restful nights sleep. All towels and linens are provided for the duration of your stay. 

Located very close to Disney and convenient access to all other Orlando theme parks and downtown and also many premium golf courses in the area.  The rear of the property is very private for quiet enjoyment.  So please come enjoy sunny Florida and all it has to offer in a beautiful and convenient vacation house.   **Please note that while bringing your furry family members, there is an additional nightly cost for this.

It was a great location close to the disney parks. I loved the gated community and the house was even better than the pictures. Our family really enjoyed our stay, we were sad to leave.

Disney House

Formosa Property - Outstanding

House was amazing: clean and organized. Perfect for us to host out of state family on vacation. one floor home, but spacious and private for each bedroom. Fun game room, and nice secluded lanai and pool area with the privacy fence. Close to all tourist attractions. Highly Recommend

Great Rental

The house was as described, it was clean and everything worked. If I would make one suggestion, it would be to replace the couches as they are pretty warm out. I would book this property again without hesitation.

Great Property!

This place is a lot bigger than the pictures make it seem. Stayed with my 3 adult children and we all had our own space. We went to Universal Studios and Disney Springs. Very close to all the theme parks. I would recommend paying to extra to heat the pool. Pool water was very cold. I think we would have used it more if we paid for the pool heater to be turned on.

Great Stay

The house is set up perfectly for 2 families. It is stocked with everything we needed. Wonderful location. The only issue I had was with the cleaning or lack there of. The Nemo room had food under the bed and wrappers as well as dead spiders in every corner of the house. I know that there are insect issues in Florida but I would have thought the cleaning crew would have gotten to the dead ones.

I am sorry that a couple of areas in the home on this occasion caused concern. I will feed this back to the owner of the home, cleaning company and property managers. We remind all guests to call in any issues at the time of stay which this guest did not, so that we can action any concerns for guests as we are committed to achieving a 5 star stay treatment.

Wonderful space close to Disney

Everything was great. No major issues with the house. We arrived very late and it would have been nice to at least have a starter trash bag in the can. We were very tired and did not stop at any stores before we arrived. There was starter toilet paper, so that helped. The master bathroom toilet ran periodically on it's own, so that woke me up during some nights. Pool table que ball was missing so we never got to try pool. The swimming pool looked inviting but we just weren't there enough to use it. Instructions for leaving house included starting load of laundry, which we normally do at every condo or house we rent, but there was no laundry detergent to start the wash, so I had to run to the store that morning and buy some. I understand the turnaround time for renting condos and how this helps, but it also mad eme wonder if we were sleeping on clean sheets if prior tenants did not use detergent. The guard gate was challenging sometimes. We had to keep giving our name and address to some of the guards. We had to pull up address each time. Seems they could have a better method of who is where for how long and buzz them in. Sometimes, they did that, but having to stop was inconvenient. Maybe even a remote for each house to get in gate. Twin bed mattresses could have been more comfortable. It felt like springs may come through. My kids are older and it was not very comfortable night's sleep for them, of course, they were worn out each day after Disney. All in all, house was worth the stay close to Disney and community was safe. We would stay in this community or house again.

We wish you would have reached out to us during your stay to assist in sorting some of these items whilst you were still in the home. The home undergoes a professional cleaning between each guest and a 72 point inspection is conducted prior to each guest arrival. The villa is self-service property --meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and would be happy to welcome you and your family back anytime.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Disney World

Well located in very secure area. Excellent and roomy accommodation for 4 adults and a 7 year old and room for more. Faults were professionally sorted by property manager. Only let down was state of BBQ which is now a lot cleaner than we found it! Would recommend property.

This was a great house in a gated community. Close to Disney, Kissimmee attractions and stores. The house was very spacious and accommodated 10 adults. Very easy check-in. Will definitely book again.

Great house, close to everything

Overall our stay was great. We didn’t pay for the extra welcome package, I would suggest you do that so you don’t have to run to the store the first night. There was toilet paper in every bathroom but no extras. There was plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. The pool wasn’t heated at first but the pool guy was out the next morning and had it up and running right away. Any questions I had were addressed quickly. Overall a great place to stay.

Good location. Needs pest control for lizards. Needs new living room furniture (you ar basically sitting on the frame) and a paint refresh. Cheap pillows and very small pool (barely holds 3 people)I would not stay here again. Bathroom faucets are so short you can barely rinse the head of your toothbrush. Lacks basic comforts.

It looks just like the pictures. When arrived the check-in at the gate was no hassle and the home was cleaned very well. The beds sleep very comfortable. Would book again loved my visit.
