Super propriété conforme à la description. Kris et sympa et présente. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa. Hormis un souci de portail tout c'est bien passé.

bien sauf piscine

bon sejour sauf la piscine qui est très mal entretenue à notre arrivée l eau était très verte et malgré le passage du pisciniste présence d algues vertes sur les parois pendant tout le séjour

Nous avons effectivement eu un souci pour la piscine le jour de votre arrivée et ce n'est absolument pas du a un mauvais entretien. Il est vrai que le fait que vous ayez insisté pour une arrivée à 11h du matin qui correspond habituellement à une heure de départ n'a pas facilité notre organisation. Votre manque de considération auprès du personnel est aussi avéré. Je vous laisse continuer le tour du lotissement et comprends mieux pourquoi vous changer d'agence à chaque fois.

Vacances gâchées en famille

La maison est agréable mais la piscine était inutilisable ce qui a grandement gâché notre semaine de vacances en famille. La piscine était censée être chauffée mais le pisciniste nous a expliqué que ce n’était pas possible en été pour cause de risque d’évaporation. L’annonce était donc mensongère sur ce point pour les mois d’été. Résultat une eau autour de 20 degrés. De plus et surtout la piscine était sale en l’absence d’aspirateur et l’eau était trouble. On nous a expliqué que le skimmer devait évacuer les impuretés ce qu’il ne fit pas et que l’eau trouble s’expliquait pas la grande qualité des produits utilisés (lol). Des fois plus c’est gros plus ça passe mais là ce n’est pas passé. De guerre lasse et après beaucoup de discussions avec le gestionnaire j’ai eu un remboursement d’une petite partie de la location ce qui revient finalement et quand même à un prix très élevé pour une maison sans piscine.

A nice villa in a good location

The only two issues we had were: 1 access into the driveway is narrow and steep for a larger car (Jaguar) We managed to scrape the underside of the car a few times because of the ridge on the gateway. 2 The villa could do with a sun umbrella to provide shade during the day Otherwise the property is very well-eqipped
