The three-bedroom, three-bath townhome comes with plenty of coziness and comfort. Each bedroom and bath are situated on a different floor. The dramatic first floor primary bedroom features a soaring four-poster bed and an attached master bath. On the upper level you’ll find a lovely loft bedroom with two twin beds, adjoining sitting room with open view to the dining area below, and private bath while the lower-level bedroom sports a queen-sized bed and quick access to a nearby hall bath. A queen sofa sleeper is available in the game room for the late-night players.
Other must-mention home features include a fully-equipped galley kitchen, separate dining area and a cushy living room with central fireplace, all on the main floor. Here as in the rest of the home, furnishings lean toward hearty and rustic (leather seating included!). Outdoors there both a lower patio and upper deck, the latter sporting a handy gas grill and outdoor dining table.
And now for the home’s piece de resistance: a lower-level, fully-furnished game room boasting plenty to do – featuring an electronic dart board, soccer table game, video games, game/card table, putting “green” and a challenging “Four in a Row” game. Why they chose this property
This townhouse unit is the closest to Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa and offers seasonal lake views and a beautiful wooded view! The location of this townhouse is perfect as it is just steps away from the spa, shops and restaurants. Best part is the awesome sunrise or sunset. The hot air balloon launch is just outside our front door for your viewing pleasure. Also this home has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms all on separate floors which is perfect for families to spread out and have space.

He chose Galena because of its proximity to the Chicago area and the many attractions. It's a very charming and relaxing town filled with quaint shops, coffeehouses, restaurants and artisan shops.
