Location: Pine Ridge Townhomes, West Vail, behind/on the street above the West Vail Mall. 1 mile, 1 freeway exit, or 11 minutes on the free 'Town of Vail' bus to the center of Vail Village, Vail Mountain, Lionshead, and the Gondola so you don’t need a car! The free TOV bus comes every 30 minutes and the bus stop is just to the right of the front door with an easy, flat, 30-yard walk from the driveway. Just to the left of the front door are stairs leading to the West Vail Mall, minutes to:
2 Grocery stores, 2 Liquor stores, Bank and ATMs, Sporting goods store, Hardware store, Local bars and restaurants including American, Japanese, Thai, Chinese, pizza, soup and salad, sandwiches, fast food restaurants, sports bar and the best ‘brunch joint’ in the whole valley!

Also, close to the Vail Medical Center and other Surgical Centers for those coming in the off-season for surgery.

1150 Sq/ft 2 stories with ground level entry and parking at the front door. Ground level: high ceilings, open floor plan, hardwood floors, wood-burning fireplace, half bath, well equipped kitchen with in-floor heat. Upstairs: No one above you! Full-size washer and dryer between 2 bedrooms. On-suite master with a king bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath. Both Bedrooms have Lamps on dimmer, switches at bedside, plugs with USB ports, progression alarm clock has sleep sounds or white noise, black-out curtains, and both bathrooms and kitchen have in-floor heat... A Perfect Spot!

The condo is centrally located and so cute and clean. It’s close to stores, restaurants and of course the slopes. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this home.

Cozy and great location

Great place for a family ski trip. The house is in perfect condition and has everything you might need. Supermarket and several bus routes tops just a few steps away. It was our second time here and we’d definitely repeat.

Cozy place easy access to ski shuttle

Alison’s place had everything we needed for a great ski trip with our two kids. They especially loved the heated floor in the main bathroom which was one of many cozy features here. It was easy to catch the town shuttle to the mountain and there was a nice hiking trail nearby on the day our youngest wanted a day off from skiing.

Beautiful, Clean Place!

Beautiful, clean place! Very easy walk to grocery and other stores. Fantastic décor, quiet, easy parking, easy entry, easy drive or bus to downtown Vail, reliable internet. It was easy to communicate with the host. Would highly recommend a stay at this place! Thank you!

Home away from home

Alison's condo was absolutely perfect for us!! It was warm & cozy and had everything you need for a comfortable stay! We loved the fireplace and the cute little back patio with the twinkle lights! Alison answered all of my questions almost immediately when we were there! The location was great! The bus stop was so convenient. There was a grocery store (with a Starbucks) and a liquor store just a stones throw away! I would definitely stay there again! Thank you Alison!

Convenient and we’ll equipped

This is such a great location for skiing in Vail! The condo layout is great but it could be even more spacious if some of the large unnecessary items were removed (faux ficus trees, bookshelf by fireplace, china cabinet). The bedrooms are so nice with plenty of closet space and an abundance of hangers. The kitchen is very well equipped. Our parking space was cleared of snow. I loved that there was plenty of space in the entry to hang coats and place hats/helmets/gloves, and boot trays were appreciated too. I would stay here again.

Perfect ski vacation

Wonderful property! Great location! Clean! Great layout! Well stocked! We loved our stay. Perfect for a family of 4. Located just a few steps away from the free bus stop, which was always on time and never too crowded. Rode the green bus into the Sandstone drop off, walked over the pedestrian bridge to Lionshead Village, rented skis at Ski Base, and rode the Red bus home after skiing. We also rode the town bus from Lionshead to Vail Village for more shopping and restaurants. We never moved our car the entire stay. Property is keyless and also within walking distance of a grocery store and fast food. We loved everything about this place!

Spring Break with the Family

They say real estate is all about Location, Location and Location and this place has all 3. 40 yd walk to the bus stop. 100 yd walk to the grocery store, Starbucks, Liquor store etc. Very cozy. Bedroom renovations are top notch. Master bath dual head shower is awesome. 2nd bath a little small. Heated floors were a nice tough but couldnt get the kitchen floors to heat up. Owner was very responsive. My only complaint is the amount of furniture on the first floor, looks and feels cluttered. Will stay here again, Great views of the mountain, no highway noise

Perfect Location, Charming Home

We stayed in this property for almost a month while waiting to move into a new house. The location is wonderful. The home is very comfortable and contained everything we needed for our long-term stay. We particularly appreciated the kitchen which had every sort of pot, pan or appliance that we needed to cook as if we were in our own home. We communicated with Alison a few times during our stay and she was always immediately responsive. I would caution that anyone who has difficulty with stairs should consider that both bedrooms are up a relatively steep set of stairs, but they are carpeted and the handrail is very study. I would absolutely choose this property again, and will put visiting friends and family there if it's available when they visit.

1st time at Vail

Had a very nice long weekend, property was very conviently located to highway, bus stop, and frontal road to get to Vail Village and Lionshead village. Saddly the widlfires in the area made the air thick with smoke and ash and the temps over the weekend were in the 90's. The town house does not have air conditioning and the temps over the weekend were in the 90's which ment we needed to have windows open. These things are probaely not an issue normally.

Perfect for our family

Our stay in West Vail couldn’t have been nicer. The townhouse has just about everything that we needed. The mattresses and linens were super comfortable. The kitchen was fully appointed. The location on the bus route made everything accessible. There are two grocery stores within walking distance, as well as a handful of restaurants. My biggest takeaway, though, is that I have never stayed in a VRBO where I experienced hospitality. The interaction with the owner is usually transactional. This was not the case with Allison. She provided toiletries and cleaning supplies. She even made sure we had a pitcher of drinking water in the fridge. The family agreed that we would be back! Thank you again, Allison!

Convenient ski condo

Perfect Ski condo for small family getaway! This condo offered everything we needed for a great Vail ski experience. The condo is well equipped with plenty of comfy seating and an efficient kitchen with high quality cookware and utensils. Bedrooms were cozy with good mattresses, soft linens and fluffy comforters. Baths and kitchen have heated floors…what a nice luxury! Parking is right outside the front door. Hosts have thoughtfully provided storage for skis and all your gear, including boot trays and shelves and baskets for helmets, gloves, etc. There were even towels to wipe down the gear after a day on the slopes. We didn’t have any questions, so we did not contact the hosts. However, contact info was readily available and there are two binders with info about nearly any question you might have. Highly recommended! We hope to return to this lovely condo.

Great property in Vail area

Property is in a great location. It’s close to the Vail ski resort and supermarkets, restaurants. The price is also very reasonable for the area. The house itself is charming and cozy. The master bedroom is excellent, with a comfy bed and nice bathroom with tub. The guest bedroom has a very cool bunk bed and is great for kids. The kitchen is well stocked and is set up nicely to prepare proper meals. The living room has nice sofas and is good for families to hang out in. The parking space was always properly open, and figuring out the trash was easy. Seems the housing complex is well maintained. We initially had some issues with communicating with the owner, especially regarding the temperature, but these got sorted out. The issue was mostly due to stale / incomplete info on the information packet, and owner said she would update these, so hopefully such issues will no longer happen with future guests. Overall, would recommend.

Great place & location just make sure to read ALL THEIR RULES & REGULATIONS very carefully.

I had a great stay until checkout. I received messages regarding our use of linens and them not having enough time to turn it over in 6 hours, which was confusing as the linens consisted of the towels (that fit into one load of laundry that we put in before leaving) and the beds we slept in. Nothing else was used except for the soft throw blankets on the ladder next to the beds. **It would be helpful if items not intended for guest use were not left out.** I recommend not having guests over, even though we were told we could have guests over, and there is parking for guests. We had friends staying in two other places as we were in town for an event. I offered to show our other reservations and addresses for our guests that visited and explain our situation, but instead, they reviewed camera footage and made incorrect assumptions. Overall, this communication after a wonderful weekend was really disappointing. Thankfully we were able to talk it over and chalk it up to a miscommunication. Please make sure to read all her rules and regulations so there isn't confusion. Otherwise the place is lovely with a wonderful location.
