Modern Kitchenette
Minimal effort, maximum style. The galley kitchenette might be compact, but it packs a punch with custom wood cabinetry, glossy glass tiles, and a quartz countertop that seems to stretch forever. It’s stocked with top-tier appliances like a four cubic-foot Sub-Zero mini-fridge (your snacks deserve the best), a stainless-steel microwave, and a Keurig that matches the decor. Because why not?

Living Space
It’s a living room and bedroom mashup that just works. The adjustable queen bed, draped in custom high-end linens, ensures your comfort, while floor-to-ceiling cabinets provide all the storage you'll ever need (or not, your call). Bedside lighting adds a polished touch, and yes, there’s even pop-up charging stations for your devices. Want privacy? The motorized shades have you covered. Or leave them open and let that lake view be your morning alarm clock.

When you stay at Sunrise Point, you get to roam all three acres of this secluded peninsula! While the owners do live in the "main house," the whole property is your playground—so bring your camera! You’ll spot deer, foxes, armadillos, and more birds than you can count, including bald eagles.

Oh, and don’t worry—ducks are our permanent guests, too.

Other Things to Note
We love to host, but only registered guests, please! A signed rental agreement and liability waiver are required before you arrive—nothing too wild, just a little housekeeping.
