Great spot, for a family or group of friends. Amazing location, so close to a beautiful beach, with two patios connected to the apartment and a garden and pool on the grounds. Would love to return!

Excellent Location

The location of the property is excellent for visiting Cannes, the beach is right outside the gate and the centre of town is only a 10 minute walk away. There are also some excellent restaurants a very short walk away just along the beachfront. The shared pool is wonderful and was also nice and quiet earlier in the day. The apartment is a good size for a small family or group and has everything you could need for a home from home, we particularly enjoyed sitting out on the larger patio which has a canopy for when it gets very hot! I would recommend this property and would happily stay again 😊

Séjour parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants

L'appartement est super bien équipé, on y a trouvé tout dont on a besoin. L'emplacement est excellent: tout près de la plage et 15 min. à pied du centre-ville. Il y a une boulangerie juste à côté avec un grand choix de pains et patisserie. On n'a presque pas utilisé la voiture, juste pour visiter les autres villes et faire des courses. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, il a répondu a toutes nos quesitons. Nous sommes très contents et espérons revenir l'année prochaine.

ça aurait pu être mieux mais c'était bien quand même

Arrivée pro par la concierge qui nous a donné les infos nécessaires. Séjour agréable avec la clim, la piscine et la plage excepté un voisin très rouspéteur Fin du séjour, la concierge nous a laissé du temps pour ranger nos affaires,

Bonjour, effectivement les prestations sont top, et le lieu est idéal. Seulement comme évoqué c'est un appartement dans une résidence très familiale, et calme. Les règles de vie communes y sont bien respectées, et ce également la nuit. En faisant la fête toute les nuits, avec des aller retours très bruyant sans respecter les voisins, il ne faut pas s'attendre à une autre réaction du voisin de palier.

Eigentlich ein schöner Urlaub in Cannes

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit perfekter Lage. Dennoch muss erwähnt werden, dass die Kommunikation erschwert wird, da nur französisch gesprochen werden kann. Ebenfalls waren die Küchenartikel noch vom Vornutzer bedreckt.

In Bezug auf Küchenutensilien sind sie tatsächlich an ihrer Halterung aufgehängt. Die Reinigungsfirma arbeitet gewissenhaft und alle anderen Mieter haben darauf hingewiesen. Ich stehe Ihnen zur Verfügung, um besser zu verstehen, was Sie verärgert hat, Sie haben meine Kontaktdaten. Ich habe versucht, Sie telefonisch zu erreichen, aber ohne Erfolg. Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire, seulement je suis surpris. Nous avons communiqué en allemand, j'ai répondu rapidement à toutes vos questions. Concernant les ustensiles de cuisine, ils sont effectivement suspendu à leur support. La société de nettoyage travaille consciencieusement et tous les autres locataires l'ont souligné. Je suis à votre disposition pour mieux comprendre ce qui vous a chagriné, vous avez mes coordonnées. J'ai essayé de vous joindre par téléphone mais sans succès.

Mycket nöjda med läge och kontakten med värd. Fungerade bra med två äldre barn (16,20). Nära till havet och stan. Bra att det fanns två uteplatser. Parkeringen var bra men lite trångt.
