We rent our house, by the week, the fortnight (or by the month out of season only: special rates for 1 or more months, especially from SEPTEMBER 2024), to discover Aix and its region outside the tourist season, or possibly for people arriving in the region looking for accommodation...<br><br>Either in high season from July 29th to August 23rd, it will be ideal for a family or friends looking for a pleasant pied-à-terre with swimming pool in the heart of the Aix region, for a quiet holiday, between culture and nature.<br><br>Indeed, the house is located in a small village / district of Aix-En-Provence, with a multitude of walks and typical villages to visit less than an hour by car.<br><br>It is a very quiet house (in return, calm also requested from the tenants out of respect for the neighbors) and without vis-à-vis. The small garden with swimming pool opens directly onto a large communal green space with "protected" trees and a small stream 100m below, along which you can walk or jog.<br><br>DESCRIPTION: <br><br>On the ground floor you will find: 1 garage used as a laundry room, 1 bathroom (walk-in shower - sink - WC) and above all 1 large living room - dining room - Equipped kitchen open to the living room, all opening onto a large covered terrace extended by a drop-down awning for lunch or to take a nap in the shade. This terrace is also perfect for dinner in the evening facing the illuminated swimming pool.<br><br>Upstairs, small hall serving 1 bathroom with bath, 1 separate toilet and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (the 4th will be closed to store our personal belongings) allowing 6 beds: 2 double beds of 140 cm + 1 single bed 80cm or double bed (extendable 160). Recent and quality bedding.<br><br>Deckchairs, chairs and garden table for 6 people will be ready to welcome you for idleness, in the shade of the canvas or in the sun. You will also find on the terrace a small outdoor bar for moments of conviviality and even a traditional barbecue for your grills and skewers on windless days! <br>Perfect southern exposure.<br><br>GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION: <br><br>Ideal geographical location, both very very quiet and close to the heart of the village, 400m. Walking distance to all amenities: bakery, greengrocer, mini-market, pharmacy, bank, butcher, hairdresser-beauty salon, florist and even several restaurants... Local market every Monday on the village square, hypermarket 1km walk following the river and several organic shops nearby.<br><br>The village is attached to the city of Aix-en-Provence, whose historic centre can be reached in 10 minutes by car (5 km as the crow flies) or by bus. City of Art and City of Waters, you will refresh yourself by the thousand fountains that adorn the many squares surrounded by tall houses with shimmering colours. The city centre of Aix, pedestrian is permanently lively and a small open-air night market enhances the summer evenings.<br><br>By car, we are 10 minutes from the Aix TGV station, 21 minutes from Aix-Marseille airport and 25 minutes from the sea: The nearest beaches are Carry le Rouet, Sausset les Pins, Sainte Croix beach on the "Côte Bleue"...
