Gorgeous upgraded family house with amazing outdoor dining space under a lighted gazebo, featuring a TV and a grill. Living room is equipped with a 2-player arcade game system with hundreds of classic and new games connected to a 65 inch TV, various board games. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes away from the freeway, and a 50-min drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. The mall, supermarkets, and Costco are all less than 6-min drive away.

The space
This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house is perfect for a family or group of travelers to relax in after a long day at the Sequoia Park or wineries. Imagine yourself in an entertaining house after a long hiking day!

All three bedrooms have queen beds and spacious closets. For groups larger than 6, you can sleep on the couch in the living room too. Please keep in mind that the house is ideal for a group of 6 or less, we can accommodate slightly bigger group but please keep that in mind when you book.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cooking tools, spices rack, and dining ware to prepare meals in the house. There is a BBQ grill in the backyard.

The living room has ample seating spaces and a smart TV. There is a full-size arcade 2-player system to choose from 100+ classic and new games.
The backyard has a large gazebo, a hammock, and a TV in the covered patio space. There are romantic light strings all over the backyard to create a relaxing atmosphere for your group gatherings.

Laundry room with washer & dryer.

Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage. You will be given detailed check in instructions once your reservation is confirmed.

This was a very nice house, well furnished. It was very convenient to Visalia and pretty close to Sequoia. There were some issues, but the owner was good about communication and worked to help with one of the problems.

Lovely Space to Enjoy

The house was spotless. All the beds were very comfortable. Neatly appointed. Well kept. The Owner was very prompt and helpful in all communications. It is not far and easy enough to drive to Sequoia National Park. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Visalia.

We stayed here for a week. the house is spacious, clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. enough utensils and entertainment options. the only issue is the noise of the a/c, specially for those sensitive to sound at night. other than that we are very satisfied with the arrangements. the host is very easily reachable.

A/C wasn’t on upon arrival. No instructions for turning it on. When it was on, it vibrated the walls in bedrooms and made it hard to sleep. Pet rules were given an hour ahead of check in with extra fees if rules not met and no cleaning supplies accessible to accommodate these rules.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Me and my kids loved the place. The ac did make the walls vibrate which kept me up. But that’s just because I’m a light sleeper. My kids slept great there. They loved all the games that was provided there for them.
