Bel appartement mais il faudrait preciser au depart qu il est au 4 eme etage sans ascenseur.

Appartement agréable

Appartement bien situĂ©, assez vaste et dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t... tout Ă  fait conforme au descriptif et Ă  nos attentes. Nous n'avons juste pas compris pourquoi la baignoire ne comportait pas de bouchon... en ces pĂ©riodes oĂč l'on essaie d'Ă©conomiser l'eau celĂ  oblige Ă  calfeutrer avec un bouchon de fortune et du coup Ă  laisser couler l'eau... pas terrible... Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la piscine extĂ©rieure (chauffĂ©e), le calme du quartier et l'environnement globlal. La rĂ©gion est jolie et propice au tourisme de randonnĂ©e.

Catastrophique

Un trĂšs gros manque d'information dans la description de la location. Exemple : absence d'ascenseur pour un 4 iĂšme Ă©tage, soit 64 escaliers Ă  parcourir 2 Ă  3 fois par jour. Pas de visibilitĂ©, ensemble quasi clos. TĂ©lĂ©vision parfaitement dĂ©rĂ©glĂ©e et restĂ©e sans assistance. Pas de tĂ©lĂ©commande de barriĂšre dans le pack donnĂ© Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. ImpossibilitĂ© de faire entrer le vĂ©hicule dans l'enceinte de copropriĂ©tĂ©. Personne dĂ©diĂ©e Ă  la rĂ©ception chez CENTURY 21, non professionnelle et n’ayant aucune connaissance des lieux alors que le bureau est Ă  50 m de la location. PropretĂ© du logement pour le moins douteuse surtout concernant le sol. Odeur nausĂ©abonde et durable dans les locaux dĂšs que l’on franchit la porte. Equipement Ă©lectrique hors normes laissant imaginer l'impossibilitĂ© de s'extraire du bĂątiment en cas d'incendie. N’ayant pas obtenu de soutien pour nous attribuer un logement de remplacement, ayant une participante handicapĂ©e d’algodystrophie, nous avons rendu l’appartement avec deux jours d’avance, trĂšs mĂ©contents. Ce logement trĂšs inconfortable ne mĂ©rite pas d'ĂȘtre proposĂ© Ă  la location... Il ne sert pas l'image de CENTURY 21.
