Located in the Beach Villas at Ko Olina, within the Ko Olina resort and Marina, this relaxing 2 bedroom 1200 sq ft totally upscale villa has mountain and distant ocean views. Wolf, Bosch and subzero appliances in fully equipped large open kitchen designed by Roy Yamaguichi of Roy's restaurants.

Pocket glass doors connects the spacious great room with an equally spacious lanai and when opened, provides a perfect venue for entertaining family and fiends. The ultimate in indoor/outdoor living.

PGA class golf course with Roys restaurant in the clubhouse, Four Season's vacation resort with its spas and restaurants and a full service marina with sailing, snorkeling and sunset cruises are all within a 5 minute stroll along the lagoon walkway.
Turtles and fish in the kid friendly lagoon adjacent to property perfect for safe snorkeling.

Widescreen TV with surround sound in great room and widescreen tv's in each bedroom with ipod ports. Tiki hut shaped maitai bar located at beach end of villas overlooking the beach and sunset.

Walt Disney opened its latest luxury resort right next to our villas and is done in typical Walt Disney fashion... Fantastic!!! Contains all the Disney amenities, restaurants and even Mickey and Minnie and Goofy

Wonderful condo, very clean and spacious and the facilities were great and everyone there was so kind. Check in and out were a breeze and the condo is well stocked with basic essentials which is much appreciated. The kitchen was also really great with everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the beach and it was also very clean, quiet and relaxing and such a fantastic stay.

We really like the Ko'Olina Beach Villas. This unit had some strange furniture (a futon rather than a comfortable sofa). Overall, it was everything we needed.The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and beach area is really nice. And their new fitness center was phenomenal.

We loved both the apartment and the location. Everything was clean and well maintained. Pools are excellent and the beaches and coastal path are beautiful. The shopping complex, which is just a short walk away, has a number of decent restaurants, as well as a convenience store, coffee and souvenir shops.

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Even though the balcony overlooks a small parking lot, the view is terrific. Bedrooms are very comfortable, although the second bedroom beds are smaller than they appear in the photographs. Our fifth guest slept on the fold-out couch/bed in the living area and was quite comfortable. Bathrooms are very spacious and nice.The area is good. Fabulous beach walks along the lagoons, and although it is popular it was never crowded. No problem finding a beach spot with excellent protected swimming areas. The facility pools and bar area are also really nice with friendly service. The grounds are beautiful and very well landscaped.There are several decent restaurants within short walking distance. Snacks only are available at the bar area.Small improvements could be a deep clean and upgraded household linens and towels as they’re starting to look worn, but overall the apartment is great.

Our family had a fantastic experience! Everything was easy and well run, the included free parking was awesome, amenities were fantastic. We expected to drive around to other areas but had such a wonderful time in the beautiful pools, hot tubs, and beaches that we ended up staying on site most of the time! The house is great, roomy, and in great condition. Everything was well stocked including beach chairs and umbrella, coolers, and boogie boards. We loved the double doors opening on the patio and enjoyed many meals on the patio. We’ve stayed at the nearby resorts in the past and this experience was much better due to lower crowds, better room quality and space, plus the included parking. We did not want to leave! It was the perfect option for young kids.

Very clean 2 bedroom apartment with high end amenities. Owners responded quickly to any questions and Shane, our greeter, made sure all our questions about the apartment were answered. Highly recommend staying here.

Why they chose this property

This property is the first villa style property in 40 years to be located on the beach that's not a hotel type facility

It is very much less populated then Waikiki or other public beaches because there is NO street parking so people visiting is limited by the limited parking spaces

This property is also gated so the security is excellent

The four lagoons are totally protected so swimming and snorkeling is very safe and contains almost as much fish and turtle as Hanauma Bay

Yet if one wants the services of a city like hospitals and movie theaters etc and even the Waikiki scene, it's only minutes away

What makes this property unique

The Ko Olina Beach Villas is located in the far western end of Oahu, opposite from the Waiikiki Beach crowded scene yet can get there about 45 minutes away.

The KoOlina Resort is a secluded 5 star filled resort area with four luxory resorts including the Aulani, the latest Disney resort

The master developer wanted to create a secluded, limited exclusive part of Oahu that is like staying in outer islands like Maui or Kauai yet be minutes from the city of Honolulu, Waikiki Beach and the North Shore
