Private garden, lined with hedges, not closed. The house is equipped to receive 4 people maximum, children and babies included. Wifi network.
Nestled in the Pays d'Ouche, the property offers a holiday rental an adorable little house housing a bread oven turned into a fireplace. In peace, you can enjoy nature in this beautiful space and relax by the pool. Well equipped, ideal for a couple up to two children, open on the garden, the cottage is also an ideal place to stay to visit the Eagle and its famous market, Verneuil d'Avre and Iton and its ramparts or enjoy Center Parcs. You enjoy a relaxation area common to the 3 lodgings, accessible for your lodging by a WhatsApp booking link, with a beautiful swimming pool of 5x10 meters, covered and heated (open from May 15, 2023 to September 30, 2023 depending on the weather, the roof is not uncovered), a friendly room with table football and a wellness area with spa and sauna. Games at your disposal: ping-pong, badminton, mini football with goals, swings, mölkky, giant mikado, croquet, books for adults and children, board games...

Séjour en famille au gîte Little Normandy
Excellent séjour chez Laurence. Le gîte est très bien équipé, la piscine et le SPA sont tops! Un groupe WhatsApp est en place pour s'organiser sur les créneaux horaires avec les résidents des 2 autres gîtes.
Laurence et son équipe sont très disponibles et veillent au confort de chacun.
Nous gardons l'adresse pour de prochaines vacances en Normandie!
