You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans for cooking along with basic cooking amenities, bath towels, beach towel, bathroom amenities and much more. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, nightstands with touch lamps, 32 flat tv for dvd watching, has easy access to the master bathroom just across the bed for a total privacy, and access to the furnished balcony.

The second bedroom has two comfy queen size beds, nightstand, spacious walk-in closet, easy access to the full bathroom and balcony overlooking the Estuary.

The dining area has a beautiful dining table set to seat 6 people with beautiful view to the ocean to enjoy meals.

The kitchen area has wooden cabinets with complimenting neutral colored Granite Counter tops with built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, cooking amenities.

Living area is comfortable furnished, has a 50 smart tv to enjoy Netflix streaming with amazing views to the ocean.

The unit has furnished balcony to admire the spectacular views to the Sea of Cortez.

The condo has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board, beach towels, and laundry room.

The resort has 2 huge communal pools, heated spas, propane BBQ grills with palapas, fitness room, tennis court, 24 hours resort security and access to facilities at Encanto Living complex.

Perfect

This condo was a quiet getaway. The facility was clean and well kept. The condo was clean and good size for 6 people. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this is a perfect location. It takes about 25 minutes to get to a grocery store so plan accordingly.

Gorgeous condo

We had a wonderful family experience at this condo. The condo itself was gorgeous and clean. Amazing views and well-stocked kitchen. It was a very quiet stay with only a few other families on site. Our only complaint is that the grills on the property were not functioning or only functioned some of the time. The grill in the snack bar worked, so the few families that were there took turns cooking. This worked fine for us and we got to meet nice people, however; if the property is busier this would be a problem, especially since there is no restaurant on the property..

Beautiful Condo With Beautiful Views

This property is south of Puerto Penesco and is very quite and relaxing. I would recommend shopping for food before you check in as town is 25 minutes away. That means restaurants and super markets are also 25 minutes away. The condo is stocked with decent cooking utensils and pots and pans. There is a restaurant at the Mayan but its very expensive and not very good. We stopped at the docks and picked up fresh fish and shrimp for the weekend.
