1 bedroom (king). Dinning table for 6. Large living room with hid-a-bed couch and love seat. Additonal queen bed in nook off of living room. Balcony directly on the beach. Easy walk to resaurants and amusement park (sling shot). With three pools, one is heated and easy beach access . Snow birds are welcome!!

Great location on the beach!

I stayed for several days on a business trip and loved this place. The pictures don’t do the view from the balcony justice! I would stay again for sure!

Long weekend getaway

Room was spacious, clean and great view. Pool was very small but we spent most of our time on the beach. We loved the elevators that were fast and clean.

Great Place for the Price

Nice view and location right on the beach, close to stores/restaurants, pretty room and nice people. Only downside was the hot water would run out rather quickly.

Perfect Location and Relaxing Stay

Great view from the balcony, nice pool area, and easy walk out to the beach. The owner was very responsive when cleaners forgot to leave sufficient linens. Small but well stocked kitchen was great since we cook a lot when we’re on vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

This unit was just as described. Great view of the beach. Very clean. The kitchen is a little small, but adequate for the 2 of us. I was disappointed that the tv didnt have live local stations or any live channels for that matter. Would have liked to watch some football. That was the reason for the 4 star review, instead of 5. I would definitely stay here again, though.

Great stay

Location was great. Views were beautiful. Check in was easy. I really liked that it’s in a gated parking lot, which made me feel safer leaving my car parked there. It is walking distance to several things, plus right on the beach. Only complaint is hot water is very limited for the shower, only had about 5-10 mins before water was getting cold again. Would stay here again if I revisited!

Great 1 Bedroom Unit

Very nice small unit just perfect for me and my wife! Everything works, we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive on a small mistake I made checking in and we had it resolved very quickly. We love the location which is near all of our favorite places, Hammerhead Fred's, Pineapple Willy's, Coconut Creek, and so many more. We had a great time and look forward to our next visit.

Spring break

Nice, small unit. No washer or dryer in unit but on site. Great view. Limited kitchen/cooking utensils. No kitchen towels or dish cloth. Owner responded quickly when we had issue with lock. PCB is always busy during spring breaks.

What a view

We were on the 10th floor. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and being able to see the dolphins when we were not on the sand. Dishes in the cabinet had to be washed before we could use them. No toilet paper and the floor left my bare feet dirty but it was a nice property over all.

Great Place beautiful view

Our stay was great. The condo had plenty of room for the 2 of us. And could fit another adult easily. But the extra bed is in the main living area in a nook so if your a late sleeper probably not ideal. It was on 10th floor with beautiful view. The balcony was plenty big with small table and chairs. kitchen was well equipped. The complex is replacing windows and construction has moved closer to the room our last 2 days (5/15) Some noise in the day but not terrible but if you have anyone that needs sleep in middle of day it could be an issue if a light sleeper. We were mostly gone all day so not an issue for us. There is enough toilet paper to get started but you will need to bring paper towels. Loved it and plan to stay again hopefully in a few months.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of the location to everything. We tend to eat and play more around the Marina's instead of the shopping. Peir park is a short 5mile drive but far enough away to not get in the way.

What makes this property unique

It is a one bedroom but has an additional queen bed. Better for adults or grown children.
