Not happy att all

I have stayed so many places and this is never happened, if we do have trouble, the host is always available to rectify any issues with immediate effect. This was our getaway after so long and with a pandemic like covid-19 the least we would have expected was handwash in the apartment. There was no handwash, no washing up liquid, no cups to drink from (there was nothing in the cupboard) no coffee, no tea or sugar! No bin bags to dispose of our waste. The water was either extremely cold or either extremely hot so very uncomfortable to wash our hands and shower! The grass in the garden had not even been mowed! We have had an extremely uncomfortable stay and are not happy with paying the price we have done as it was not worth it at all.
