La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para romper unos días la rutina y descansar.
4 habitaciones, sala, comedor y cocina, utensilios básicos para cocinar, refrigerador, horno de microondas, cafetera, además se tienen 2 tv con cable y para no desconectase cuenta con wifi.
La piscina es climatizada con paneles solares (en invierno alcanza alrededor de 30 ºC y el resto del año hasta 34 ºC) y para aumentar el descanso tiene hidromasaje.
En el patio se pueden estacionar hasta 3 coches.


Está muy bien ubicada, la casa se encuentra sobre el Boulevard Ixtapan-Tonatico. En el patio se tiene un asador. Hay dos Oxxos a 200 mts de la casa (se puede llegar caminando sin problema), uno hacia Toluca y otro hacia Taxco. Hay restaurantes alrededor.
