Each guest room is thoughtfully designed and includes a comfortable queen bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity with storage, air conditioning, smart TV, mini fridge, and microwave. The property is surrounded by palms and fruit trees, creating a calm natural setting to unwind after exploring Eleuthera.

The Pilot House has two spacious 15×30 outdoor decks, each serving one side of the guesthouse:

Rooms 1 & 2 — Private Deck

A large deck with outdoor seating, umbrellas, and tropical landscaping.
Exclusively for Rooms 1 & 2. Not shared with any other rooms.

Rooms 3 & 4 — Private Deck

A second 15×30 deck with its own seating area surrounded by greenery.
Exclusively for Rooms 3 & 4. Completely separate from the other deck.

The two outdoor spaces are not visible to each other, giving each side of the property the feel of its own private guesthouse.

Rooms 3 & 4 – Completely Separate

Rooms 3 and 4 each have private exterior entrances and no shared interior spaces.
Combined with their private deck, this side feels fully independent.
