Both bedrooms have a double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

There's a sitting area with a television (not yet functional), a sofa-bed, a speaker and a coffee table. A piano is at your disposal.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential utensils and cutlery to prepare a delicious meal. This apartment is "BusinessReady" with an iron and ironing board and washing machine..

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

This charming district is home to some of the city's most popular attractions, including the beautiful Parc de la Tête d'Or, the Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon, and the Lyon Botanical Garden. The Porte des Enfants du Rhône is also a major attraction in this district and is a great spot for a leisurely stroll or a relaxing picnic. Restaurants, cafes, and shops are plentiful in the 6th arrondissement, and there is something for everyone.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 15:00, pending availability and confirmation. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
