Pure Heaven!

Outstanding property with amazing private pool and sea view. Light and open house with unique character and features. Outdoor space and pool were very enjoyable, quiet and serene. House and pool are very private, tranquil and not overlooked yet close and convenient to services and local attractions. Owners were very responsive to questions and local caretaker Barbara was very friendly and helpful during check-in and stay. We will definitely come back!

Wonderful Oasis

Everything here was perfect, from the communication with the host Barbara to the absolute tranquillity in the private house with the magnificent view. The pictures does not do it justice 😃 Airconditioned rooms and several different places to sit and enjoy sun or shade. The pool is huge and fantastic to play in for our kids. 5mins to shopping in Intermarché & a small city. We had 1 small issue with the fridge and within 15 mins someone was there to help us. We could not have enjoyed our time there anymore. 4 adults and 4 kids(11,11,13,13) If 6 stars was possible….😃

Oversold and Underwelmed

The purpose of the stay was to take elderly parents to celebrate my Mother’s 80th birthday. Coming from the U.K. with limited opportunities for my parents to use swimming pools so this property was selected solely on the basis of the heated pool. There were nicer properties in better locations available without heated pools that we would have rather of booked but chose this one for the feature of the heated pool. For reference we have stayed in several villas in Europe during October and heated means heated and not very cold as this one was. There was clearly a heating facility but the pool never reached temperatures that felt barely warm enough for my parents to enter who tried on several occasions throughout the week but couldn’t because it was too cold. This complaint was raised to the host almost immediately after arrival and were met with a very hostile, sarcastic and rude response advising us to be more realistic and that they didn’t have a magic wand. We also spent a hour cleaning the pool when we arrived before we could try it as it was absolutely filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Further issues were raised regarding several broken safety rails, sockets and lights not working, not some but a lot. The power went out on several occasions and when raised to the host we were told it was due to adverse weather on the first occasion but the subsequent occasions were dry, sunny days. Much more I could say, extremely disappointing and not as advertised.

Bonjour Nia, Vous auriez, probablement, dû choisir ces autres plus belles propriétés. Je ne pense pas que ce soit la beauté qui compte pour vous car vous êtes de très mauvaise foi. Heureusement, que tous les locataires ne sont pas comme vous. La piscine était chauffée à plus de 27 degrés, preuve à l'appui. Le problème est, simplement, venu du fait que, malheureusement, vous avez séjourné dans notre belle villa durant une semaine classée orange dans la région avec des intempéries, fortes pluies et vent. Et en plus où la température extérieure atteignait 8 degrés la nuit. Notre piscine de 200 m3 n'est pas un jacuzzi, n'est pas couverte et qu'elle puisse atteindre 27 degrés était déjà une belle performance. Sachez que nous mettons beaucoup d'énergie à rendre les séjours comme attendus par nos locataires. La preuve en est avec les commentaires des autres locataires. Je vous ai fait pas moins de 30 messages, vous m'avez harcelé chaque jour et plusieurs fois par jours, nous avons envoyé une personne à 3 reprises afin de vous satisfaire. Si ça n'a pas été suffisant vous m'en verrez confuse. La seule chose que j'ai pu vous dire c'est que compte tenu des intempéries très exceptionnelles dans la région je n'avais pas de "baguette magique". Je ne pense pas que nous ayons la même définition du terme grossier. Par ailleurs, une équipe de nettoyage passe 6 heures à nettoyer la maison piscine comprise avant chaque arrivée, excusez-moi de respecter ce travail, chose que vous ne faites pas. Vous avez du reprendre les environs de la piscine encore une fois car il y avait du vent. Enfin, concernant vos autres observations, sécurité, prises, lumière ce n'est encore une fois que foutaise. Abritel est intervenu sur place afin de constater que tout ce que vous avez annoncé était mensongé. Extrêmement déçue également. Lucie

Wunderbare Weitsicht Richtung Meer und viel Platz im Haus. Zwei Schlafzimmer Ober sind top, das Schlafzimmer unten höchstens für zwei Erwachsene geeignet, plus zusätzliches Etagenbett.

Traumurlaub in Grasse

Der Urlaub war wunderschön und der Ausblick ist wirklich traumhaft. Vor allem der Pool hatte es uns angetan und die Möglichkeit Ausflüge sowohl ans Meer als auch in die Berge bzw. in die Schluchten zu machen.
