Neat decoration. <br><br>LOCATION <br>Quiet area, 500m from the city centre, access to the South beaches of Lacanau Ocean at 800 m, cycle path at the end of the street.<br><br>EQUIPMENT<br><br>The house offers 3 large bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed (140x200) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200) that can be joined together to make a double bed (depending on request). <br><br>South facing porch overlooking a garden at the front of the house. <br>Courtyard on the back of the house with bike and surf garage, dining area with pergola and sunbeds/sunbeds, BBQ. <br><br>The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee maker (filter also available on request), kettle, toaster and juicer.<br><br>Hairdryer available.<br>NO washing machine but laundry nearby (400 m).<br><br>NO parking on the property: parking is paid on the street and there is a "day" package at 9€. A few steps from the house you will find free parking spaces (300/500m).<br><br>Heating <br>Free WIFI<br>BB kit on request<br><br>MISCELLANEOUS<br>Welcome and handover of the keys by the owner.<br>Departure: around 10am - Arrival: around 4pm (if possible before, we let you know).<br>We ask tenants to return the house clean: rubbish emptied, beds unmade, bathroom and kitchen cleaned, vacuum cleaner.<br><br>Need information about bike rentals, surf lessons or walks in the forest... don't hesitate to ask us.
