Upon seeing the property, which was far from the on-line description, we had to cancel our stay there. The place is very small and dirty with silverware in a plastic bag on the floor. The advertised parking was unavailable since the key was in France and we couldn’t have driven into the garage with a mound of concrete on the side of the door that would have ripped out our undercarriage. The wife of the owner seemed like she didn’t know much about the place and was put out by having to leave work to meet us. Our first bad experience with on-line booking.

Response to Debra’s review: I am very surprised by Debra’s comments, as they do not reflect the reality of her stay. From the moment she arrived, she made a series of unfounded complaints, claiming that the apartment was dirty, unequipped, without sheets or parking — which is completely false. The apartment had been thoroughly cleaned and personally inspected by my wife before her arrival. All listed amenities, as well as bed and bath linens, were fully available and in perfect condition. We welcomed Debra politely and with full availability, but she showed a negative and dismissive attitude from the very beginning, without any willingness to verify or discuss calmly. Our consistent record of positive reviews demonstrates the high quality and reliability of our hosting. Review about Debra as a guest: Debra was unfortunately a very difficult guest, making inaccurate and unfair remarks and lacking objectivity. I would advise future hosts to be cautious when accepting her reservation, as her behavior was unjustly critical .
