• Quiet, residential 11-home community (my home sits above the other cabins)
• No weddings, parties, or large gatherings (strict HOA rules)
• Violating bookings will be canceled
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM
• We are in a rural community which means you must rely on your car, no buses or subways.
• You will need to dispose of your trash at the county dumpster seven miles away
