Its was a comfortable stay and has everything you need for a small getaway. The unit is close to many restaurants and a must go to donut shop Ta-dough..
We were in town to visit family and this place worked great! My cousin and his family stayed in the two units next door. It was very convenient and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
Stayed here for a softball tournament in Peoria, perfect to get to both complexes. Nice to have separate bedrooms and a living room to relax in instead of a hotel room.
Owner and property manager were very easy to deal with. The unit was very clean and pretty. Very roomy. I recommend it 100 percent and will stay again if we come back.
We go to peoria/pekin occasionally for conventions, have stayed in many places in the area. This one has been my favorite ive stayed at locally. The place was clean and near quite a bit of food options and theres a grocery store a few min away.
Will definitely be looking for this unit next time we need to stay in the area for the weekend.
This location was very clean and functional. Having the kitchen was ideal, with little ones! It also served our team well for Thanksgiving! We are grateful!
We all at New Testament want to say thank you for the clean and nice accommodations offered to our guests we had in. They were very grateful for how nice and clean and conveniently located the apartments were

Air conditioner is way too loud. Wakes you up when it starts up.
Reserved this unit for visiting preacher & family. They enjoyed the unit. They had 2 kids (1 & 3 year olds). Said it was better than staying at a hotel. The unit is a small 2 bedroom with small living room and small kitchen. It worked for them
This was adequate. It would have been nice if the description had indicated that this was a triplex, not a stand alone home. It was clean. The sofa was sagging. There was no easy chair, just the sofa. Water had leaked from the freezer (?) and frozen on the top shelf of the refrigerator. The furnace fan was very loud.

Lesson Learned
Inside pictures true to whats shown. Beds were very comfortable. We had 3 people staying and provided 2 towels. Musty/moldy smell, air conditioner very loud, and brought my lawn chair in instead of sitting on couch. Lesson learned making sure to see the picture of outside. I was glad to see our vehicle still there and not broken into next morning. Sketchy area going in and out.

This is a misleading review. Dryer has extra towels. There were no communication during the stay. We have had many people stay here and it’s very safe in a good neighborhood. It is footsteps away from a church.
The place was really nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. This was my first time using VRBO and everything was real easy to understand. Much better than a Hotel.
This apartment worked well for us for the week my daughter played in softball nationals in Peoria.

Review
The outside of the property was pretty dirty. No effort had been made to remove the bugs and cobwebs from the front of the building. My 15 year old son even commented, "It's funny how the outside looks so bad, but there's a rule to take off your shoes inside."
We found hairs on the bathroom floor and a half dry towel had been folded and put in a bedroom closet to use. We had to dry it for another 20 minutes before it could be used.
Overall, it provided a place to sleep, which is really all we needed since we were only there at night. If we were to go back to Pekin, I'd spend a little more money for a nicer place.
very clean, very quiet neighborhood.
Just the right distance from home.
Host communicated when I messaged.
Supply of toiletries and kitchen items very good.
EXCELLENT communication, Convenient location, Great stay
We rented this location while in town for a family reunion.
The location was perfect and easy to find. All the conveniences of home! Kitchen has minimal cookware but had everything we needed for our stay! The refrigerator was large and very nice!
House was clean, but could use an air freshener in our opinion! (We grabbed a bottle of febreeze and didn’t have a problem!)
There isn’t any yard space, but we could comfortably park three SUVs.
Our communication with the property owner was second to none! He (Matthew) was very helpful when we reached out to him, both by phone and text!
We would stay here again!
