New Exquisite Sea la Vie condo in Avila Beach

Sea La Vie has exquisite design and luxury accommodations with unparalleled amenities. The one-level flat is private and spacious with views and gorgeous interior. The open design allows sea breezes to flow. Decor has been chosen to highlight luxury coastal life.

Features include open-concept floor plan with high 9' ceilings, a retractable 12' glass view wall to the Pacific, gourmet kitchen with Thermador commercial appliances, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, and large island bar plus pantry. Hardwood floors in main living area, full indoor laundry room, master bath with large walk-in shower.

The master suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with oversize walk-in shower. There are french doors opening to a standing balcony with mountain views. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The nearby bathroom has a tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping, there is a queen sleeper/sofa in the living room.

Front view balcony offers unique perspectives of Avila Beach and great place to enjoy that cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. The condo is located at street level.

Home is fully stocked with kitchen cooking and serving dishes, towels, linens. No food items, cooking oils or seasonings are kept onsite. Beach gear is provided, including: beach dolly, 4 beach chairs, and umbrella. Beach towels are not stocked in the unit. Beach towels are available in Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals office. Call ahead to our Avila Beach office to reserve beach towels. Wifi, Charter/Spectrum basic channel lineup available. Propane BBQ grill located on the balcony, just off the living and dining areas.

An underground gated parking garage with two dedicated parking stalls provides security. From the parking garage there is an elevator to the first and second levels in the complex.

Suitability: The owner is firm on no children under the age of 12. Neighboring condos are full-time residents. Couples weekend retreat, luxury condominium, wheelchair accessible - please verify with Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals if sleeping and bathroom arrangements are suitable for guest with limited mobility; no pets; no smokers.

Sweet spot at Avila Beach

Our 2nd stay at this comfortable, stylish, home-away-from home spot in Avila Beach. A short walk down the hill to enjoy morning and evening strolls on the beach. This condo is very well supplied and well furnished. A great stay for our family. We look forward to returning

This is a great property in a charming little beach town. Five minute walk to beach and Front stree.

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. We both mixed work and play while we were in Avila. For exercise we walked every day which was always full of wonderful things to see. We meet many people who were friendly and kind.

Upon entry felt the beach vibe and we loved the decor and cleanliness of the property! We enjoyed the patio nightly! As stated, a 3 minute walk to Main Street of Avila! This property has amazing parking underneath with an elevator which was great for unloading and loading belongings! That is major, if you’ve ever been to Avila, as parking is very limited! It also has a folding wagon and beach chairs!!! Bring your beach towels though! Would definitely rent this property again when coming to Avila Beach!!

Luxury AND comfortable stay

The rental is super functional with a gourmet high end kitchen, and beautiful well-cared for furnishings. The space was just perfect for me and my adult daughters. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio and watching the birds nearby. Loved the garage parking too! Everything was perfect!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found Sea la Vie to be clean and comfortable, and nicely decorated with a fun seaside theme. Everything was in working order, and the rental had much of what we needed for our stay. We were glad to have so much open space to store our belongings, as well as the 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer.The downside was the lack of quiet and privacy. With a main road to town passing by the front of the property, there is a fair amount of street noise, as well as people stopping in front. In addition to this there is the video surveillance, which does feel quite invasive. With the owners living upstairs this just felt unnecessary.

Exceptional lodging at Avila Beach

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay, and we look forward to returning soon. The condo is new, stylishly constructed, beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach. We cooked for local friend in the fully equipped kitchen, barbecued on the patio, enjoyed the outside fire pit with our evening glass of wine. The beach, restaurants and shops of Avila Beach are just a stroll down the hill. It’s just a short drive to downtown San Luis Obispo and the numerous wineries and activities that make the Central Coast a celebrated destination. This is an excellent location to enjoy all the delights of San Luis Obispo County!

Every room was spotlessly clean. There were good instructions on how to operate appliances and locking doors. All interior rooms had high-quality furniture and were very comfortable. The large outdoor patio was also nicely furnished and included a large barbecue grill. The ground floor location makes it easy for anyone with mobility issues. Perfect place for two couples, we will stay again.
