The property was clean. NOT on the lake side. Very minimal utensils and cutlery. No cleaning cloths etc. Not even a dish brush.It can be very nosy till midnight! The restaurant is under the apartment. With an extremely grumpy and rude owner. Just look at the Google reviews.The shower goes warm, cold, warm, cold.The matrasses need replacing. The curtains are really light. Probably alright for the winter.

Die Wohnung war haargenau so wie beschrieben. Sauber und ruhig gelegen. Wer Luxus mag ist hier falsch aber wer die einfachen Dinge schätzt ist richtig. Alles da was man so braucht.

Appartement zit boven een pizzeria en dat is nogal rumoerig. Niet echt wat je noemt een rustige omgeving. Wordt niet genoemd in de beschrijving en dat zou wel moeten. Had anders een andere keuze gemaakt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Fewo liegt am Ortsrand von Altenmarkt und gestattet sowohl den Ort als auch erste Wanderziele zu Fuß zu erreichen. Am Abend erfreute uns fast jeden Abend eine weiße Amsel vor dem Balkon. Das Restaurant Piccolo im Haus ist zu empfehlen, das Fitnessstudio auch.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche in der Fewo der Hofresidenz. Die Wohnung und ihre Lage ist Super, das Fitnessstudio hat unserer Tochter gut gefallen und das Restaurant Piccolo hat uns auch gut gefallen. Dazu besuchte uns am Abend meist eine "Schneeamsel" auf Futtersuche im Garten.

Ruime vakantiewoning voor gezinnen. Prachtige omgeving met voldoende winkels. Mooie uitzicht naar de bergen, en natuurlijk ook heel vriendelijke mensen. Opmerking:/ Er ontbreekt wel een wasmachine in de woning. Omdat er in de omgeving geen wasserettes aanwezig zijn, is het best lastig om een lange periode (dan een week) te verblijven.

Netjes maar wel licht gedateerd

Nette woning en schoon, rustig gelegen aan de buitenkant van het dorpje. Het restaurant dat in het zelfde pand aanwezig is binnen door bereikbaar. Hier kan je lekker eten voor een goede prijs. Voor de ski’s is in het hotel een skikelder en bij de uitgang van deze kelder stop de alibi’s.

Ruim en netjes, centrale ligging.

Wij waren met onze 2 zonen (15 en 11) voor 2 weken. Ligt mooi centraal tussen div. gebieden. Aangezien we ook de XXX XXX aangeschaft hadden en waarmee je dan bij heel veel uitstapjes 'gratis' entree hebt, zoals kabelbanen, zwembaden, musea, sportlocaties, enz. was het hier een ideale startpunt. Het appartement ligt aan de achterzijde op de eerste etage van een restaurant/pizzeria. Hiervan geen enkel ongemak gehad. Fijn zijn de 2 badkamers en 2 wc's. Goed/volledig' ingerichte keuken. Groot balkon, uitzicht op bergen en bos, weide. Enig nadeel in de periode dat wij er zaten is dat de bouwvakkers s ochtends om half acht begonnen in nieuw naastgelegen gebouw, en te warm om ramen dicht te laten, maar dit is natuurlijk tijdelijk, en staat los van beoordeling appartement. Het was er schoon en netjes en degelijke staat. Een ideaal appartement met kinderen. PS de sauna en fitnessruimte hebben we niet gebruikt, deze is s zomers maar tot 19.00 geopend, en wij waren iedere dag rond deze tijd terug van de uitstapjes. Wij hebben flink genoten en het is een echte aanrader voor iedereen.
