Very beautiful apartment of character (oak parquet flooring, moldings, marble fireplaces...) completely renovated, bathed in light, 130 m2.
It is located on the 3rd floor without lift but the beautiful climb of wooden stairs allows you to climb the floors with ease.

It is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine dryer, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee jug and Nespresso, electric kettle, toaster, induction hob.

The apartment is located a stone's throw from the city centre, close to all amenities and very close to the train station... everything can be done on foot (market, cinema, shops, restaurants, post office, train station, thermal baths...)
Bed linen is provided. Bath towels can also be provided.
You have 2 very large bedrooms with desk, one with a 140 cm bed, the other with 2 twin or non-twin beds of 90 cm each. A 3rd bedroom with a 90 cm bed and alcove.
A large living room and a large living room with open kitchen.
Large bathroom with shower. Separate toilet.
An end-of-stay cleaning is carried out, at the expense of the tenant, however, normal maintenance must be done regularly by you.

Lons-le-Saunier, prefecture of the Jura, capital of the Jura, is a spa town.

It is also a heritage city with its arcades, the house of The Laughing Cow, located a stone's throw from Montaigu, the birthplace of Rouget de Lisle.
Nearby, you can discover the Jura wine-growing landscapes (Château-Chalon, a typical village classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, labelled Cité de Caractère de Bourgogne-Franche-Comté),
Close to the lake region characterised by its wealth of natural (Chalain, Clairvaux-les-lacs, Chambly, Ilay, Narlay, etc.) and artificial bodies of water: the Vouglans dam reservoir, all tourist sites that offer a wide variety of water activities.

Val de Sorne golf course less than 5 km away (bus possibility - line 308), a superb 18-hole golf course, classified among the most beautiful courses in France located a few km away (about 6 km)

Not far away, spectacular natural sites such as the Hérisson waterfalls, the remote Beaume-les Messieurs, caves, but also visits to cellars and fruit dairies,...
There are many hiking trails.

To have fun on site, you also have the Aquarel water sports centre, many possible activities, bowling.

In terms of convenience, a paid car park for the day is located at the bottom of the building with the possibility of parking on the street.

When you leave:
- the bins must be emptied, sorting must be respected.

- Bed and bath linen will be left in the bathroom.
