Comfortable for our party of 9, great ocean view, but beach access is a bit limited and impossible for mobility challenged individuals. Kitchen has a lot of items, no spatula, 2 griddles, lacking in tableware. Induction range was a learning experience. All in all, we had a good stay.

Second Story is beautiful and super functional for larger groups or families. The view from the front room and deck is divine. The open concept large kitchen/living/dining room was our favorite part. We were six adults and two kids and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The media room and game garage were super fun, and of course the hot tub was lovely. It is nice that it is dog friendly but it’s not super functional for older dogs as there’s no yard and from the main area you’re going up and down stairs to get to a potty spot, but that’s on me as the consumer and not a negative about the property. The beach access was about a 6 min walk from the property, downhill on the way there and uphill on the way back. We had great communication from the host/property managers. Overall a great stay! This is a great house! Tons of space and lots to do. Right on the water with a gorgeous view from the hot tub. We all agreed that we’d be coming back again!

Tootsie’s beach getaway

Had a wonderful time at the property with family and pets. Actually being in the house and seeing the view personally, the pictures don’t do it justice, it’s incredible. Was probably our last spring break with one of our own, but we and her will have the memories of this place,and running free on the beach in the wind for a lifetime.

Great Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this amazing home. Everything was clean and it felt like we had our own private beach a short walk away. The view from the main floor is amazing, and our kids were amazed and entertained by the movie room, instruments and games. There were also plenty of amenities, books, games, etc. We would definitely stay again.

A wonderful home for a family getaway

The home is so beautiful, and so well cared for. It's obvious that a lot of thought has gone into making this property a home: the themed bedrooms, the well-appointed bookshelves, and the fully equipped kitchen were just a few of our favorites. We had a wonderful time with our family and hope to stay here again in the future.

Luxurious and fun

Excellent get away

This house is great for a family get together. Plenty of seating around the table for meals and things to keep the kids busy. The media room was a big hit with the piano and electronic drum set! Easy to get to the beach and we got lucky with some sun breaks in February.

South Beach Rental

Great property, great location, beautiful views, incredibly big and well set up kitchen for making meals for big groups. Beach is an easy 3 min. walk. Well set up for dogs. Would love to come back.

Great stay for the whole family

My husband, two large teenage boys, dog and I were able to stay with my sister, her husband, two grown children, dog and my mom all in one house. It was so fun to eat together and hang out and play games and do a puzzle. The walk to the beach is really close and easy. It was nice that we could drive my 86 year old Mom down and she could sit while we walked the beach. We will stay again!

Lovely

This is a spacious home on a bluff above a beautiful sandy beach. The home was very clean on arrival. Everything was in good working order and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. This was a great destination for our two families with kids, dogs, and friends who stopped by to visit.

Totally Chill

Our family get together was w a y too short, we certainly should have booked a longer stay. This home provided all the comforts and amenities of a resort. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the homes layout for a large family with pets and the huge selection of games and books. Very impressive and am planning another get together for next year.

Perfect for large family and dogs

This house worked out great for our family of 6 adults and our dogs. Everyone got their own bedroom with large comfortable beds, and there was more than enough room to spread out and relax throughout the house. The listing pics are accurate, the house was clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked- we cooked multiple breakfasts and dinners. The view is unbeatable and a quick walk to the beach made the location of the house perfect for us! Would absolutely stay again

Family coast stay

Great location, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Four upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs. It was really nice sitting in the hot tub on the deck listening to the ocean. The downstairs game room was great and we really enjoyed the theater room. Overall the house was excellent. The only thing people need to know is most of the living area is upstairs and the only way to get there is by the stairs, which could be an issue if someone has a physical issue with stairs. Close to town but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. House is well equipped with kitchen appliances and most anything you need for a stay. I would highly recommend the place.
