Schöner entspannter Wanderurlaub

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön ruhig gelegen, genau das richtige zum Entspannen. Man konnte fast direkt vor der Haustür zum Wandern aufbrechen aber auch mit dem Auto in nahegelegene Wandergebiete des Wilden Kaisers fahren. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Einfach traumhaft

Ein total schnuckeliges und gemütliches Haus, in dem wir uns gleich sehr wohl fühlten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gut ausgestattete Küche, in der wirklich ALLES vorhanden ist, was man braucht. Auch die extreme Sauberkeit aller Räume hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Daas ganze Ambiente, verbunden mit einer grandiosen Ausssicht auf die Berge, bescherte uns einen erholsamen Urlaub!

Entspannung und Ruhe pur

Es hat uns wunderbar in diesem Häuschen gefallen. Ausreichend Platz und alles ist vorhanden, was man braucht. Ganz besonders beeindruckend ist der herrliche Ausblick von der Terrasse in die Natur und die Berge. Durch den Balkon rundum kann man sich je nach Bedarf ein Plätzchen zum Entspannen aussuchen. Totale Ruhe auch nachts ! Sehr empfehlenswert für Menschen, die keinen Trubel mögen. Ausflüge und Wanderungen lassen sich gut durchführen.

Erholung pur

Ein total süßes und schnuckeliges Haus, von dem wir ab der ersten Sekunde begeistert waren. Hervorzuheben ist vor allem die Sauberkeit aller Räume! Es war wirklich äußerst gründlich gereinigt. Auch die tolle Ausstattung hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Von Küchenutensilien über Wolldecken, Gesellschaftsspielen und Holz für den Ofen war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage am Waldrand auf der einen Seite und einer unbebauten Wiese auf der anderen Seite, war herrlich und sehr entspannend. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können uns gut vorstellen, bald wieder dort zu sein. Vielen Dank für Alles!

We enjoyed our one-week stay visiting the nearby slopes. The house comforts so much with warmth of the fireplace in a cozy living room. The host was always available for assistance with our questions.

Preis Leistung nicht gerecht

Waren ganz entsetzt über das schlecht ausgestattete Bad. Entspricht dem heutigem Standard ganz und garnicht. Ganze Sanitäranlage sowie Heizung und Küche müsste für diese Preisklasse mal überholt werden.Also Preis Leistung Daumen nach unten. Toilette nicht mal ein Fenster drin. Mann könnte ja mal das Bad umbauen lassen. Wir würden es auf keinen Fall so weiterempfelen für diese Preise. Der einzigste Trost war die sehr schöne Umgebung das hat alles wieder rausgeholt.

Fijne vakantiewoning op een rustige plek

Prima woning om vakantie met z'n vieren door te brengen. 2 slaapkamers met elke 2 bedden. Dus geen slaperij in de woonkamer. Keuken is gedateerd, maar alles werkt prima. Warm water en verwarming werken op electriciteit. Handleiding is niet zo duidelijk. Voor de koude periodes staat er in de woonkamer nog een fikse houtkachel.

Heerlijke week in de sneeuw

Heerlijk huisje aan de piste. Onze dochters van 4 en 2 hebben hier hun eerste meters op de ski’s kunnen afleggen. De houtkachel werkt goed. Goede bedden en alles was heerlijk schoon! Zeker een aanrader voor jonge gezinnen.

Urlaub in schwoich

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet. Das einzige Manko war die Toilette. Ist ja klar wenn sich vier Personen ein Klo teilen müssen.Über die herrliche Gegend brauche ich kein Wort zu verlieren. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Enttäuschender Urlaub

-Spülmaschine war defekt. 1 Woche lang mussten wir mit der Hand spülen. Der Techniker kam Ende der Woche und konnte auch nicht helfen. Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Bettwäsche, Teppiche riechen modrig. Warmwasser Boiler in der Küche reicht max. 15 Sekunden. Die Nachtspeicher Heizung (hohe Zusatzkosten) hatte nicht genug Energie, um die Hütte abends genügend zu heizen. Kein Brennholz vorhanden, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Verwalterin war sehr nett+hilfsbereit.

Prima woning - elektra afrekening tegenvaller

Een prima woning maar naar onze maatsteven wel gedateerd. De elektra werd afgerekend bij vertrek, dat was voor ons nog wel een tegenvaller. We zaten dan wel in de koudste week ooit maar we hadden bewust de houtkachel gestookt en de thermostaten zover mogelijk terug gedraaid (ondanks dat bleven de radiatoren warm). Dat de woning aan de piste van Schwoich ligt is zeker een voordeel.

heerlijke plek

We hadden een goede tijd in dit fijne huis voor 3 a 4 personen. Mooi uitzicht, rustige ligging, inventaris is compleet en voldoet (bank mag vervangen voor een 2 zits en een stoel). Lekker gewandeld, boodschappen, glasblazerij en burcht dichtbij in Kufstein, zwemmen in het bananenmeer (mooi en dichtbij). Gastvrouw XXX was perfect.
