Amazing stay for family prior to son’s wedding

Our group of 10 were extremely pleased and comfortable in this beautiful property. Everyone felt like they had space and privacy while also enjoying the large dining area, the pool and hot tub and the amenities in the garage. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and enjoy time with our son before his wedding. So grateful to Rob and Carter for the way they took care of us during the stay.

Check-in was easy and the property manager was so helpful and informative. We had plenty of space for our large family and there was always something for us to do! The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, trays, dishes, etc. I would recommend maybe keeping some pantry staples for guests such as olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. - if these can't be available for future guests maybe include a disclaimer so that they can bring them from home or come prepared to buy them? There was one remote that could be used for both the living room and main suite tvs which was slightly inconvenient. But honestly everything else was very comfortable and easy.

Beautiful property

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Palmer Chiropractic. The house and grounds look just as shown in the listing. The pool and hot tub were terrific. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

50th Birthday

We rented the Oasis and the Spa which have adjoining lots (3 min walk across the lawn) for a party of 21 people. The houses were stocked with leftover items from past groups so we needed very little. Great location and excellent place to stay!

Secluded paradise

The property is amazing! The pool is so private and the setting is gorgeous. The house has so much fun to take a part of and our group of 9 had no problem finding activities to do in every room. Staying here is a unique experience and I highly recommend it. The owner was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and is one of the most friendly persons I have ever met. Our entire group is considering staying here again.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We can not say enough about how much our family loved this location. Close to the beach and Daytona-but a private pool and hot tub whenever we wanted! The house was wonderful, well stocked and even had some great perks like the pay it forward beers and K-cups already there for us! The pool was WELL stocked with some sunblock and tons of pool floaties and toys! The theater room/guest house was a perfect place for the teenagers to be-because as much as we love our kids-it was great to have them in a separate spot but just steps away! I can’t give enough praise to Rob the property manager. The few things we needed, he responded immediately and took care of everything!! He even gave us a tour of the neighboring property they manage and it was STUNNING! We are now trying to recruit more families so we can stay at that spot next time. But no matter what, next time we are in that area on vacation we will definitely be booking with them again!!!

Absolutely perfect! So much thoughtfulness from host!

This home was beyond perfect for our big family of 10! So many little thoughtful details, like shampoo in the shower, pool toys, the pay-it-forward beer fridge—it made our trip so much more relaxing and easy. Most houses are pretty much empty of little things like spices and toiletries. I’m glad we checked it out before running to the (nice and close) Walmart. The entire outdoor area and pool are PHENOMENAL and the movie room was an awesome bonus. The beach is just a few minutes away, but be sure you have 4WD if you want to drive on it. That sand is no joke. We all loved the house and had a fabulous family vacation. 10/10 for sure!

Amazing stay at an amazing property!

I've been coming to the Daytona area since I was a kid in the early 80's. We've stayed at a lot rentals, most good and one really bad one. Ian's place tops our list! Everything at the house was incredible. I've never had an owner meet me at the property, so I was worried about meeting Ian at check in. He walked us through everything, how to operate all the gadgets and offered help if we needed anything during our stay. The home is easy to find, close to shopping and very clean. The pool is meticulously kept and our family enjoyed it, especially the hot tub. My teenage daughter and her friends stayed in bedroom over the theater. It's the perfect space for teens to feel like it's their own place. The home is well stocked with essentials which was a great surprise! We had no issues during our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making our spring break memorable!

A Peaceful Oasis

We checked into this property with a large group attending race week in Daytona. This property was the perfect oasis for an escape from all the craziness of race week. It was convenient and spacious, and very relaxing. Ian, the property manager, met us at the house upon our arrival to show us all of the different amenities. He was an excellent host with great communication throughout our stay. Very welcoming. Everything in the house was exactly as described in the ad and the pictures are an accurate representation of what visitors can expect. We appreciated the exclusivity of the neighborhood. It should be noted that this is not a party house. While it is set up nicely for groups, and we had our share of fun, we definitely appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the friendly people who were around us but definitely unseen. We were very comfortable and pleased throughout our stay. It felt to us like we were welcome at a friend’s home in one of the nicest areas of Ormond Beach. We will definitely be back!
