Great location. Beautiful beach. Close to everything. Couches are very comfortable. Balcony is great for sunrise viewing and lightning storms too. Only complaints would be master bedroom bed is worn out and squeaks like crazy and you feel every movement. The hall smoke detector starts chirping around 5am. Other than those 2 things all is good. We would return for sure.

Best location in Gulf Shores

Even though we had really bad traffic driving down, it was absolutely wonderful coming in to a clean condo with everything listed on the website. They had luggage carts and shopping carts available, which helped me immensely with three adults, and two children. The lobby was clean, security was around at all times, the beach was so accessible in the pool was lovely. I would suggest this location and this management company to friends and family. I would actually stay here again.

Great location. Great decor

We really enjoyed staying here. So pretty inside and super convenient to everything. Be aware that HOA apparently controls parking and they charge you almost 50 dollars per spot if you don’t rent directly from the building. This was not clear to us so unhappy about that. Otherwise pool was nice beach was great. Would recommend to friends or family.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. We're delighted to hear your positive remarks about the condo, and we're glad you enjoyed your stay. Regarding the parking passes, we understand the importance of transparency and strive to inform our guests in advance. Location is amazing!!! The floors were dirty when we got there. They looked like it was swept, but wasn’t mopped. I think if they had it professionally painted it would look fantastic. It looks like a toddler painted the walls. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We could walk to places and grocery store was. Very close drive.

We do wish we had heard from you during your stay regarding the floors. Our team is always happy to send housekeeping back out right away to take care of anything that may have been missed so you can fully enjoy your time in the home. We appreciate your notes on the interior as well and will be sharing that feedback with the owner for review. Our stay

The o my disappointment was the parking passes. We didn’t realize we had to pay extra and that we couldn’t get a 3rd one. Other than that we had an amazing time and enjoyed the place tremendously

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We're so glad to know that y'all enjoyed the condo and your stay in Gulf Shores. I do understand about the parking passes. Unfortunately, those fees are regulated by the HOA's that run the condo buildings themselves. We must all pay those. Thanks, again, for the 5 star review and thank you for choosing Beach Getaways. We look forward to your next visit.

Checkin problems

We had some major check-in problems. (The guest before us we’re refusing to leave and cops had to be called) The property manager and the place we rented through did an amazing job and we’re extremely apologetic. They compensated us extremely well and made sure we were taken care of. I would definitely rent from them again. They couldn’t help that the previous renters were ridiculous. So just wanted to say thanks again for being so apologetic and caring towards your guest. We will most definitely rent again.

The property is very nice and spacious. It's right on the Gulf. This unit has a balcony that is twice as large as most other units in this complex. The only issues we had was that we couldn't get the recliners on one of the couches to recline. It didn't look like there were any nearby electrical outlets to plug it in. It has one cabinet in the kitchen that the top edge is peeling up. Neither of these bothered us. The only thing I would recommend is to install curtains to cover the windows in the bedrooms. We would have preferred to sleep later, but there was too much light coming in. I would consider renting this condo again.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, oversized balcony, and that unbeatable Gulf-front view—it really does make for a special stay. We appreciate you pointing out the recliner and cabinet, and we’ll have our property care team take a closer look at those items. Your suggestion about adding curtains in the bedrooms is also very helpful—we’ll share that feedback with the owner. We’re so glad to know you’d consider renting again, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime for another relaxing beach getaway!

The view from the balcony and the living room was wonderful. The balcony door was very very stiff and hard to open. The dish network was very difficult to access in living room and the bedroom next to the hall bathroom. The tub in the master bath was slow to drain. The pkg in receptacles in the MBR sometimes didn't work right. The mattress in the MBR needs replaced. On entry into the room from the outside there was a sharp musty odor... just when entering. Did not smell it in the rest of the condo. MBR had sand in the floor. Otherwise the rest of the condo was clean.

Fabulous view. Great location.

Front and center view of the beach! Walking distance to gift shops, liquor store, The Hangout (super fun, upbeat restaurant with great food and entertainment). Parking pass for a week was only $45. We brought our own bc it wasn’t in the listing, but there was a highchair, beach toys and boogie boards in a closet! Wish had known and could’ve packed less. The outlets are tricky. Make sure switches are turned on and then they work for a bit and may just stop randomly. Didn’t figure out why- just switched to a different outlet. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Some of the handles were coming off the pans. If you need a big skillet- bring it, only small ones. The wheel kept falling out of one of the kitchen chairs- just pushed it back in. Comfy place! Had a great time! Pool was nice and warm. Would definitely recommend!

Randy, thank you for sharing your experience at our condo! We are pleased that you enjoyed the location of the condo and had a great time with your family at our beaches! We wanted to let you know that the kitchen items have been inventoried and the few missing items were added to this condo! Additionally, we have reported the wheel on the chair and the outlets to our Maintenance Team who are ensuring this has been resolved. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again on your next getaway!

Really good location. Right on the beach. Nice building that was within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The condo was big and roomy for our family of 7. Overall it was good but the condo could definitely use some updating in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
