About this property

Perfect for fishermen and families for your stay in Port O'Connor!

Established in 2020. Nice coastal/fishing décor inside the downstairs suite, covered outdoor front porch with seating. Walking distance to the front beach, Josie’s Mexican Food Restaurant and Clark’s boat ramp. Blocks from other area restaurants, shopping and laundromat.

Fully equipped kitchen featuring beautiful granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space and a full-size pantry. Full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Keurig coffee maker, dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, toaster oven, blender, etc. Plenty of seating to eat and entertain at the kitchen island and kitchen table. Comfy cozy beds (Bedroom 1 has one queen and one XL Twin, Bedroom 2 has two Twin over Full bunk beds). Couch, loveseat and recliner to sit and stream tv on the large 70" flat screen TV. Sleeps 6-8. Plenty of room outside for cleaning up fishing gear and space to park your boat and vehicles. Small BBQ grill available.

This unit is a private, fully furnished downstairs suite to the main house.

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

No fried foods inside of suite, you are welcome to bring a fryer and use it outside.
Please be kind to our linens. DO NOT use any of the towels, etc. for cleaning boats.
Quiet after 10pm. Be respectful of neighbors, do not block their driveways, etc. Trash not fitting in outside receptacle, take it with you.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend to fish with a few buddies. The location is a few blocks from the two main boat ramps in town and it is super clean. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The house was amazing, cold air conditioning, comfortable beds, relaxing couches with Netflix on the Tv, the kitchen was great, very spacious countertop for prepping and eating.The outdoor table and chairs were perfect for sitting out side and enjoying the sunrise/sunset and cool breeze. Perfect sized bbq out for grilling. The location is perfect , central to the beach, the jetties , and the bait shops and the gas station..

Great Weekend

This property was exactly what we needed. It was clean and the location was perfect for what we needed. We did not spend much time here because we were with family down the road in a big house. Stayed with 3 other friends for a fishing tournament. Was able to park 4 trucks with boats. Check with owner before needing that much parking though. House was great had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again if available.

Fisherman’s Paradise

This place was perfect for our stay. We had a group of 4 guys come down to do some fishing and hunting. The owners were very friendly and helpful in directing us to the home and letting us know how to get settled. They were actually there during our stay but it felt as though we had our own place downstairs and it even has separate parking for tenants. Place was very clean and beds were comfortable. Nice island area in the kitchen to sit and chat. Easily slept 4 adults and there are some top bunks available if needed. Bottom bunks are queen size, top bunks appeared to be twin. Location is right in the middle of POC and easy to find...Would definitely stay again if the need arises and wish we could have stayed a little longer.
