Upon entry into this lovely home you will walk into the foyer. To the left is our ground floor bedroom housing a queen bed, 3 twin beds, an extra long day bed with a trundle, Xbox 360 gaming system, TV, mini fridge and card table for the kids very own place to be! Off to the side is a full bath with a large step up rock shower. Continue down the hall and you will find to your left the tucked away updated kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, Mr. Coffee coffee pot, Kuerig, dishes, pots/pans, anything you and your family may need while staying with us.



At the end of the hallway you will find yourself standing in the open concept dining and living area. The dining room plus the bar make up for great seating and entertainment; the living room brings warmth and comfort with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and leather furniture. Go a little further and you will find the mud room, perfect for housing winter/fishing gear, watch the children feed the ducks as they float alongside the river, go outside to enjoy the outdoor attributes this home has to offer like the Traeger Pellet Grill, Chimenea or the Rock Wood Grill in the fenced yard or just feel the serenity of the mountains as you can view the Red River Ski Area's "Face" just blocks away... Up the stairs you will find 2 Master suites. The second master bedroom houses a King sized bed, flat screen TV, and an updated private bathroom with a walk-in tile shower with glass doors. The laundry area is to the side of the stairs for ease of access. Continue on and you will run into the Big Master Suite features a King sized bed, Flat screen TV with DVD player, private his/her bathroom with individual sinks and a new tile shower/tub combo and a Private balcony overlooking the babbling river and gorgeous mountain views.



This home is complete with Fiber Optic WiFi, Samsung TV and Smart TV apps. So when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you have the amenities to do so... This home has gorgeous views from each of the decks/balconies and is located a hop, skip and a jump from downtown where there is so much to do from dining in the local eateries to shopping to exploring our great outdoors with many activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, ziplining, nature trails, hikes, off-road trails, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, jeep tours, festivals and so much more!
