On the ground floor: living room (with fireplace), open-concept fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, a separate toilet with a sink, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a cot, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and its own private shower room/toilet, 1 large utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and a second refrigerator.
Upstairs: a very large 80 m² room with 4 single beds (0.80 m) that can be joined together + play area + living room/TV. Toilet and sink.
