For shared use: property (fenced), lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax. Pergola, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km, bathing lake "Ried" 11 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, skisport facilities 12 km, ski rental 12 km, ski school 12 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis 15 km, St. Anton 30 km, Ischgl 34 km. Hiking paths: Naturpark Kaunergrat 10 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.

Die Wohnung war toll gelegen und genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Leider war der Boden bei uns recht klebrig und wir mussten selber nochmal drüber wischen.

Modernes Appartement in ruhiger Umgebung

Das 1-Zimmer Appartement liegt im 1. Stock und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Balkon sehr schön Richtung Urgbach gelegen. Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus und pflegen einen sehr netten u. familiären Umgang. Wohnung ca. 4km von Landeck, die nächste Bushaltestelle 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Wer sich etwas auf die Busse einstellt (gratis mit Gästekarte), kann gut viele Wanderorte ohne Auto erreichen, aber es ist von Vorteil, ein Auto zur Verfügung zu haben. Kann die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

Modernes Appartement in bester Lage für Ausflüge in ganz Tirol

Das Appartement ist modern ein- und hergerichtet, voll ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Vermieter sind zuvorkommend und freundlich. Vom Balkon aus erblickt man frühs mit etwas Glück Rehe am nahegelegenen Waldrand. Dank der zentralen Lage ist man schnell im Oberinntal, dem Ötztal, dem Stubaital, im Paznaun und am Arlberg.

Super nett, super modern und super sauber. Wir konnten eine ganz entspannte Zeit mit unserem Baby dort verbringen. Von dem Standort erreicht man sehr schnell verschiedenste Anlaufpunkte in Tirol, Italien, Schweiz und Vorarlberg. Solange man ein Auto mit hat und bereit ist es zu nutzen, wunderbar!

Schönes Apartment, sehr sauber und gut ausgestatte

Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist modern und sauber. Wlan ist uneingeschränkt kostenlos verfügbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer ansprechbar und hat sehr gute Tips für Touren oder Ausflüge. Bleibt man länger als 5 Tage bekommt man kostenlos eine Premiumkarte um diverse Aktivitäten u.a. die Bergbahn kostenlos nutzen zu können. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen!!
