Grocery 10 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 15 km, walking paths from the house 20 m, skisport facilities 25 km, slopes 25 km. Nearby attractions: Schloss Wolfsberg 13 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Koralpe 25 km, Klippitztörl 34 km, Weinebene 37 km. Hiking paths: Saualpe, Koralpe. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. Beautiful sauna house for single use in the garden! The wood heating is a pellet heating system.

Deck chairs (3), box-room. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
