The Space:

Upon your arrival, you will be charmed by the large enclosed garden, designed for relaxation and leisure. The spacious fitted terrace is equipped with a barbecue for outdoor meals, while a pétanque court will delight boules enthusiasts.



Inside, the living area, with an impressive surface area of over 100m², is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows. The modern and fully equipped kitchen, with an adjoining utility room, opens onto a spacious living room, conducive to convivial moments.



The night area on the ground floor consists of a sumptuous master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), a walk-in wardrobe, a private bathroom and WC. Three other bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (160x200), share a bathroom and a WC. An additional room is fitted with a sofa bed and a baby bed, perfect for the little ones.



Upstairs, a space dedicated to children offers two rooms in a row: one with three single beds (90x200) and the other with four single beds (90x200). This floor also has a toilet.



The house also has a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your comfort.



The true jewel of this villa is the splendid indoor swimming pool of 32m² (4x8m, 1.60m deep), heated to 29°C all year round. Adjacent to the pool, a bathroom and a second private terrace with sun loungers invite you to relax.



Fully equipped with home automation and underfloor heating, this villa combines modern comfort and high-end equipment.



Located in a small, quiet hamlet, the villa is less than 5 minutes from all amenities. Just 10 minutes away are the charming port of Portsall and the fine sandy beaches of Lampaul-Ploudalmézeau.

A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities.
