Charming T3 sea view - Bray-Dunes

Bray-Dunes Beach—stay in a charming, stylishly renovated apartment.

Just 20 metres from the beach and on a quiet street, the apartment is ideally located between the seawall and the main avenue.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small apartment building and features two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator). You’ll have Internet access during your stay.

Ideally located on Rue des Coquillages between the seawall and the main avenue in Bray Dunes Plage.

The apartment is designed to accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Additional information

Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental. A security deposit of 300 euros will be required.
End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee (45 euros).

Rentals are preferably from Saturday to Saturday.

Weekly rate: 600€ (July/August)
Weekly rate: 500€ (September)

Non-smoking apartment—no pets. Thank you.

Haben den Aufenthalt genossen

Wir waren 2 Wochen Anfang September hier. Die Lage 100 m vom Strand entfernt. Gute Ausgangslage für viele Ausflüge. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis der Wohnung ist stimmig. Nette Wohnung im 1. Stock, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
