Shop 100 m, supermarket 50 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Gewerbegebiet Adenau L10" 200 m, railway station "Ahrbrück" 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 39 km. Fitness, bike hire 200 m. Important: the Nürburgring - Nordschleife road which passes the house is 300 m. SERVICE ON SITE: coffee powder (for the duration of stay) for the coffee machine and 2 bottles of mineral water (on arrival) free of charge in all apartments.
3-room apartment 80 m2, on the ground floor. Modern furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 3 beds. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Everything went as expected. The appartment was big enough for us (2 adults and 4 children), but we had to bring one travel bed with us, as there was none available at the place. It's situated outside the city center but really close to supermarkets. It has all the basics for a short stay. Only thing I would change is the pillows, too big for us!

Nie wieder

Die Wohnung war leider nicht besonders sauber. Die Bett quitschten ohne Ende. Genauso die Küchenschränke. Einige Dinge sind kaputt. Der Abstellraum roch sehr muffig. Die Wohnung ist sehr laut durch fehlende Gardinen. Im Bad ist der Wasserhahn falsch angeschlossen. Kalt ist warm und umgekehrt. Wenn über uns in der Wohnung Wasser lief hörte es sich an als ob es draußen extrem regnet. Garten wird privat genutzt. Wir sind eher abgereist.

Für einen Besuch des Nürburgrings gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber. Kontakt und Schlüsselübergabe schnell und problemlos.

Toller Kurzaufenthalt

Das Haus liegt in Adenau echt zentral an der schönsten Rennstrecke der Welt. Für Freunde der Nordschleife der perfekte Ausgangspunkt direkt an der Breitscheid Brücke. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und wird gerade mit viel liebe renoviert. Der Eigentümer, wie auch die Hausverwalterin vor Ort sind total nett und hilfsbereit. War ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Verdensklasse beliggenhed.

Et super fint sted med fine værelser, alt var i orden og stedet fortjener topkarakterer. Ingen støj fra andre gæster, der var fred og ro til afslapning. Beliggenheden fås på ingen måde bedre, der er nemt til indkøb, Ringen og tanken. Helt sikkert et sted vi vil besøge igen mange gange endnu.

Huset til dem der vil være tæt på racer kulturen

Renligheden god men tjek lofterne for edderkoppespind. Vi vidste ikke at der ikke kom nogen for at tjekke lejligheden ved afrejse så vi måtte ringe for at få af vide at vi bare skulle ligge nøglerne i nøgleskabet. Vi måtte også selv regne koden ud den fik vi ikke. Men super at vi kunne få huset 45 min før tid. Tæt på indkøb og til seværdigheder. Men man skal være forberedt på at Nordsleife banen ligger i "baghave" og at der er åben fra ca8-20.

Gute Lage ...

Die Lage des Appartements ist Klasse. 3 Supermärkte in Laufreichweite, ebenso Restaurants und eine Tankstelle. Parkplätze direkt am Haus sind ausreichend, sofern nicht in eine Ferienwohnung Spanier mit drei Autos anreisen. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, problemlose Schlüsselübergaben. Grundsätzlich alles in dem Appartement vorhanden, was man benötigt. Aber: Leider wirken die Möbel / die Wohnung abgewohnt, vor allem die laut quietschenden Betten. Ebenso lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig ...für einen Wochenendtrip gerade noch Ok...immerhin hat man aufgrund der Spinnweben keine Probleme mit Mücken! Aber in der Küche sieht man doch, dass einige Vormieter wenig Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt hatten. Schade, denn sonst wäre das Appartment wirklich Klasse.
