Apartment block "Promenade (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.
"Promenade Apt 407", 1-room apartment 28 m2 on 4th floor. Partly renovated in 2013, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Hip bath/WC. Balcony, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Klein aber fein- die Aussicht ist einfach unglaublich schön und die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist praktisch und es hat alles was es braucht. Kurze Distanz zur Piste und 10 min zu den Läden. Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich fühlte mich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Hygienisch durch hellen Laminat in Holzoptik, blaue Couch, grüner Sessel mit Kissen sowie dazu passende Bilder. Guter TV inkl. Radio. Sehr hübsches Geschirr. Praktische und bequeme Balkonmöbel. Ruhig mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Badezimmer hübsch und sauber, jedoch Sitzbadewanne.

Nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir cet appartement que nous connaissions déjà pour l'avoir occupé à plusieurs reprises et avons apprécié comme les fois précédentes l'accueil du gardien, la propreté de la résidence et du studio ainsi que son calme . Il est toutefois regrettable que l'accès à la baignoire n'ait pas été amélioré, ainsi que l'éclairage du studio qui reste très insuffisant .

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen aber feinen Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, man findet alles was man braucht. Bis zur Skipiste läuft man 5 Minuten. Der Verwalter der Ferienwohnungen ist sehr nett und freundlich. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Balkon im 4. Stock mit herrlichem Blick über Arosa. Laminatboden im Wohnung (sehr angenehm). Sitzbad für uns eher unpraktisch, normale Dusche wäre besser. Ostlage (d.h. Morgen- aber keine Abendsonne). Wussten wir bei der Buchung. Sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Hauswart/Schlüsselhalter. Top-Service. Danke. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

excellente résidence de vacances

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cette résidence et nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir la même qualité de prestations : accueil du gardien, propreté du studio et des parties communes et grand calme des lieux . Le seul reproche qui peut être fait à cet appartement est l'accès peu commode à la baignoire ainsi qu'un éclairage insuffisant de la pièce principale .

Séjour très agréable

C'est un immeuble très bien tenu grâce à un gardien présent et attentif tant à la propreté des lieux qu'aux besoins des locataires . En outre, notre location jouissait d'une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes .
